LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust PLC on Monday said it appointed Sarah McCarthy as independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
McCarthy brings to the board twenty years' experience in financial services, the trust said.
She possesses communications and marketing campaign knowledge gained across a "wide range" of investment products and client types.
She is the chair of a multi academy trust in London where she is responsible for financial oversight, risk management, strategic direction and trust performance, the company added.
Aberdeen New Thai shares were trading down 0.9% at 546.00 pence each.
