EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Tungsten taps NTT exec as CEO; Staffline fundraises

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Tungsten Corp PLC - London-based electronic invoices and purchase orders - Chief Executive Officer Andrew Lemonofides steps down from the board immediately and will leave Tungsten at the end of June, having served since September 2019. Tungsten hires Paul Cooper as its new CEO, joining the company immediately. Cooper joins Tungsten from NTT Ltd, part of Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp, where he was regional director for NTT in Europe.

Staffline Group PLC - Nottingham, England-based recruitment and training - Proposes Thomas Spain as non-executive director, as a representative of Henry Spain Investment Services Ltd, one of Staffline's largest shareholders. Appointment is subject to confirmation at annual general meeting in July. Staffline says Henry Spain Investment subscribed for 10.1 million shares as part of its open offer launched at the end of May. Staffline raised GBP44 million from the placing and GBP4.4 million from associated open offer, both at 50 pence per share.

Amte Power PLC - London-based lithium-ion battery cells manufacturer - Chief Financial Officer Adam Westcott will leave company for a role at another business. Westcott will remain for six months while a new CFO is installed. Amte listed on AIM back in March, raising just under GBP14 million.

CloudCoCo Group PLC - London-based IT and communications for businesses and public sector - Mike Lacey steps down as CFO and from board "for personal reasons", having been in post since January last year. Promotes Finance Director Darron Giddens to CFO. Giddens has been with CloudCoCo since 2009.

Mattioli Woods PLC - Leicester, England-based wealth and asset management - Michael Wright joins board as managing director, having received regulatory approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority. Also is made director of subsidiary Custodian Capital Ltd.

Dewhurst PLC - London-based electrical components for lifts and keypads - Hires Susan McErlain and Charles Holroyd as non-executive directors. McErlain co-founded financial public relations firm Square Mile Communications and was director of corporate affairs for Ultra Electronics Holdings PLC. She currently is a non-executive director of AIM-listed Trackwise Designs PLC. Holroyd was a senior manager and board member at Oxford Instruments PLC, and he currently is Senior Independent Director of AIM-listed Judges Scientific PLC.
