Allied Minds PLC - Boston, Massachusetts-based intellectual property commercialisation company - Completes the disposal of its residual shareholding in Toronto-based software company TouchBistro Inc for CAD5.5 million, or GBP3.3 million. Says this is in line with its strategy to monetise its investment portfolio. Of the sale proceeds, CAD5.0 million has been received and CAD530,000 is to be held in escrow, with an initial release date in the third quarter of this year.
