Cinema chain Cineworld has signed a deal with Quintain Estates for a new multi-screen cinema at Wembley City, the retail park next door to Wembley station. Cineworld has signed a 25 year lease for a new nine screen cinema which will seat 1,800 people in total and is scheduled to open in 2013. It will be located adjacent to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena, forming a central part of the 280,000 sq ft leisure and retail hub. Construction is expected to commence on the site in 2011.Biomaterials and medical devices group Aortech today announced a non-exclusive technology licence and material supply agreement with a multi-billion dollar NYSE listed company to use the group's proprietary biostable co-polymer Elast-Eo as an integral part of a drug delivery platform for urological catheters.African Eagle is "delighted" with results of its phase 2 column and tank leach tests at the Dutwa nickel project in Tanzania.The tests show that Dutwa ore could be processed by either heap leaching or tank leaching at normal atmospheric pressure, without recourse to the high cost and hi-tech complications of high pressure acid leach (HPAL).Green technology company Ultima Networks made a pre-tax profit of £214,000 in 2009, down from £281,000 the previous year, on revenue down to £1.87m from £1.98m.
