Garner joins from satellite communications technology firm Global Invacom Group Ltd. Garners departure from AIM-listed Global Invacom was announced back in December. The Singapore-based company, which reported 2020 results on Monday, says it has no current intention to appoint a new CFO, with its two financial controllers running finance instead. Bango says Garner replaces Carolyn Rand, who steps down as CFO and from the board but will remain as a consultant for the coming year. Nicholas Haag and Eric Rajendra also will step down as non-executive directors at the AGM.
