4D Pharma Appoints Two Non-Executives From Xencor And Celgene

LONDON (Alliance News) - 4D Pharma PLC said Tuesday it has appointed two new independent non-executive directors, one a previous chief business officer at Xencor Inc and the other a former senior vice president at Celgene Corp.

Both will join with immediate effect.

Ed Baracchini led strategic alliances and licencing at Xencor. Prior to joining Xencor, Baracchini was senior vice president of business development at Metabasis Therapeutics Inc.

Axel Glasmacher served various roles at Celgene over his ten-year stay with the company.

Shares in 4D Pharma were up 1.8% at 119.32 pence on Tuesday.
