I have eaten locust. Just tasted of garlic and chilli. Legs got stuck in between my teeth, but did allow me to whistle some awesome tunes.
Safety, lol am not going to have a Chinese tonight on the back of that thought !!:)
Could be worse oldie....... they could use chickens, mind you they only eat 70 locusts a day.
Errrr, Safety....just remind me where bird flu originated and now they have more birds ha ha ha.
It is on the Beeb.

Safety, I don't know what channel you're watching the news on but it ain't the Beeb that's for certain. Back on planet Earth, at least the SP has recovered slightly, whether it will last until the close is anybody's guess. I expect Welsh Hugh will tell us all about it on the 10:00 bulletin.
:-))
Safety, you cheered me up no end brilliant my friend !!:):):)
Loving it safety
OMR did you completely leave out the plagues of locusts moving across Africa and Asia deliberately. Also no consideration given to rising sea levels, over population ( may not be an issue much longer) and deforestation. Shameful end of the world support imho.
Incidentally the Chinese are going to provide ducks to Pakistan as each duck eats 200 locusts a day. Evidently more effective than insecticides and they provide loads of manure. They have previously used a method of plonking a big herd of say 200,000 ducks in the way of swarms in China and they successfully eat all the locusts, fertilised the soil and then the Chinese all had crispy duck with pancakes afterwards: everyone’s a winner.
OMR,lol!!:)
Love the news programmes? War and mass refugees, Coronvirus spreading and more deaths, buckets of rain to come (storm Jorge, thanks Spain), so more deluges and floods, global financial meltdown and how do the presenters sign off?....thats all for now, enjoy your afternoon! Yeah, I should cocoa.
