Same here Ponfeigh (Its all I'm hoping for ATM TBH! :-( )
Good Luck!
Matty good luck to you,it's £12.50 for me,would love to break even,
No real surprise for me tbh that Burgersfort got shelved. I did get informed back in October last year from BSC that the licences ran out in May 19 and that BSC haven’t been in touch with URU since 2012 when Pangea Resources who were representing URU in regards to the exploration programme. So it was either going to be renewed or not, that was my assumption anycase !
Don’t see much relevance in to how it reflects on the bigger picture either now when the future budget doesn’t even consider the Burgersfort project and also Burg has never been included in any future value to the sale of URU / Zeb ?
Nice car vestor, you’ve obviously had a change of mind since you last mentioned your car choice from your hopefully well deserved rewards! I’m not a big car enthusiast so still probably stick to what I’ve got ! ATB
In case you forgot he wrote down Burgersfort the second biggest elephant URU METALS LIMITED (AIM: URU), the AIM-quoted resource company, announces that it will be writing down it's 50% interest in the South Africa Burgersfort assets. The company will be focussing its efforts and resources on its Zebediela Nickel-PGE Project.
Audi R8 :)) what about you
These are going to have to achieve £10.85 per share for me just to break even FFS!!!!
You’re very welcome Vestor maybe it’s time to start picking your Porsche colour unless you’ve already done so and bought ;) ATB
Thanks king :)
Vestor Zorbas joined MCC in 2012 so within four years the sp went from 2.5p to 50p

In regards to the Kalahari project they bought in 2008 and sold 2010

King do you know how long did it take for John to sell those assets
Totally agree with both your points, but Look how “out of the blue” the last two times the dividends happened when the sale of the Kalahari Minerals Asset in 2010 and MCC back in 2016!
Who knows what he’s got planned, one thing he doesn’t seem to go with “the grain” with anything he does !

100% agree what you said
Take hzm share is literally a few year ahead of uru.
Building the mine extraction and getting fund takes years. Jp Morgan said nickel will continue to increase up to 2025. So jv is really the best for shareholders
Jv -they might not even get a breakeven seeing how August is near by
Sale would best for them and us
Totally agree Anto the price of Zebediela imo is very much under valued, the new presentation on page 18/21 has it valued at between 3-100m but as Dave has mentioned that is a very low figure !
Listen to the April 2017 Momentous Event presentation around 9 minutes in. Zorbas mentions that if the world economic down turn in base metal prices hasn’t happened we would have either gone into production or into a JV !
Has the interest in EV Technologies and the latest Nickel price surge made this a potential possibility?!
In regards to your thoughts Vestor I cannot see why Ccc would write it off considering Zorbas is CEO of both companies and wearing the same hats !

If uru is selling zeb, ferronickel or nickel sulfide it will play big part of the price. YouTube video he said nickel sulfide open pit hopefully a jackpot
Almost near August capital captor still selling out or writing it off?
Correct Anto but because there’s no differential price between the both grades it will increase the price of nickel in general (as stated below).
Nickel pig iron (NPI) is a low grade ferronickel invented in China as a cheaper alternative to pure nickel for the production of stainless steel. The production process of nickel pig iron utilizes laterite nickel ores instead of pure nickel sold on the world market. The alternative was developed as a response to high price of pure nickel.
We’ve got a massive nickel sulphide deposit on Zebediela:
EV batteries require premium materials such as nickel sulfide, for which production levels remain low. The EV story is as much about nickel as it is lithium, and some would argue even more so.
“more than half of global nickel production is ferronickel (nickel pig iron or NPI) for stainless steel fabrication. There is some conjecture that “the pricing of ferronickel and high-grade nickel sulfate will diverge in the coming years, improving the fortunes of miners that can produce battery-quality material,”
Nickel, in the form of nickel sulfate, is one of the most important cathode components not only chemically but for ensuring the widespread adoption of the electric vehicle.

This could tie in nicely with the planned mining license for Zebedelia. The last time the export restrictions happened in Indonesia Nickel prices rose significantly!
Indonesia will enforce 2022 ban on raw mineral ore exports
Nickel prices have climbed in both London and Shanghai on concerns about the 2022 ban in ore exports.

One would like to think so Anto, loads of staff there who can be redeployed to URU or JV etc. The 2nd link good spot I've not seen that article b4 it gives us good press etc.
2 weeks or so til Aug, when the special meeting at Ccc should be done...GL
high of the day, week, month, year was 15117.5 earlier today. Currently hovering around 14,900. Onwards and upwards. ATB. :o).
