Urban was being taken over by HoneyComb - I reckon theres a bid battle on between Honeycomb and Wellesey now
10th March rns please read it say that after delisting there would be a share distribution of 73p a share so its a win win and probably why barclays went to 8% + holding
as far as im concerned this is a blatant takeover and this should be at 77p right now! so mms are asleep
