So you don't think the sp would be higher if TRMR was quoted in the US. Really?

"we are now just turning the corner to profitability"
They announced a LOSS of $30m for H1, where's the evidence they are turning the corner? They missed the expectations announced in the bullish TU, March 2020, for fy2020.
H1-2020 Interims, published Sept 2020, 4 months ago

Last year they reported a huge 11fold increase in debt provision
From fy2020 results, published March 2020:
Note 16B (2)
"(2) At 31 December 2019, the Group included provision to doubtful debts in the amount of USD 22,376 thousand (31 December 2018: USD 2,822 thousand) in respect of collective impairment provision and specific debtors that their collectability is in doubt."

Wouterius,
I happen to agree totally with you!
I have posted before that we need to wait till Jan 22 for the full year 21 and we will then have the track record required (provided we exceed expectations!).

Rusty,
MGNI :They have beaten concensus forecast in 3 out of 4 quarters.
Valued at 57$/share market cap of 5.5B$. Making acquisitions.
Very bullish call from CEO.
Less than half of trmr revenue but over 5x market cap. ie valued 10x more!
At half that we would be over £25.
Who is right?
The mkt cap is real you can trade in it.
What we don't know is why? Many theories but at the end of the day the market price is what it is.
We need the exact figures and forecast. And the market will decide..

@rusty - no wanting to sound like VI, some of the components of TRMR have "history". Plus there is always some suspicion of Israeli companies. So I would think a lot of US money is waiting on the next TU. If it confirms the trend in the last three, then the sp really ought to take off (again) and the valuation gap between TRMR and the likes of Magnite will narrow. But it won't close as much as possible until TRMR is on NASDAQ. You only have to look at GAN to see what happens to the sp when an AIM tech business gets a US listing. That is why I am here. Unless a takeover comes first.
