Am I to assume that your jibes of ignorance and those relating to football were pointed in my direction Eezy?
I will be placing a small wager on Tottenham Hotspur kicking a ball at some point in the next week or so, and perhaps even an each way bet on Manchester City wearing blue...
Clumpet. I'm not wrong.
Explain how YOU value a RTO. Can't wait. By the way it's "you're wrong", not "your wrong". I really must chase up the Education Minister - things just aren't improving among the uneducati...
Oh the old there their they're critism, you got to do better than that, come on.
It's "you've come back", not "you've came back," unKwn.
Basic stuff. Jacob has a point...
Eezy, thats the most positive post yet well done,
and your wrong about how you value an RTO
Football accumulators.
Lucky we have you, you can help explain to us how they work, we don't know anything you see, we need you.
Please help, I've asked you several times now if we are going to be millionaires and you've decided its not millions its billions, I am so happy.
Ahh there you are, I was just thinking about you, pondering how you were getting on at the beach?
You've came back, good we have been missing you, or have you taken a portable device such as your phone so you can keep in touch with us? We don't want to be out of contact with you Eezy.
In the meantime some breathtakingly ignorant questions. TLA bring c. £1m of value to the table for a RTO ie 500k cash + 500k value of listing. Therefore in any sane world you'd expect your shares to be worth the equivalent of c. 0.7p each today (market cap c. 1 million) post RTO. There's no reason for the directors of the incoming company to value TLA shares any higher.
It's not a sane world however. Anything COULD happen. A deal COULD be done that values old TLA shares at 10,000 quid and, if you could sell, you'd be a billionaire.
In your shoes I'd stick to the football accumulators....
Thanks folks, my experience of take overs is limited. I understand the RTO mechanics but not 100% on the numbers.
iam pretty sure this proccess has not been initiated without having everything aligned
Torham mate, don't ever think asking something is stupid, no one ever knows unless they ask.
purely depends on what the company has with assets, product and potential
Ignorance on my part. Does a higher share price with resultant higher MCap impact on the value of the new company when the reverse in takes place? If so, how does the SP react when the new company is insitu?
I'm trying to get my head around the value of the arrangement to all parties.
Forgive me if the questions are of the stupid variety!
must admit yesterdays trades was very odd and not seen anything like it before
Good afternoon all,
I'm wondering whether the share price here has any impact on the company/companies being reversed in?
Definitely multiple news releases including a TR1 for yesterday's trades
next week good rise imhp
Real Bid is rising again at 1.674, they must be filling a big buy order in the background
Didn't you know, he grows them.
Fair enough LB, fair enough.
Must be plenty lemons down Bournemouth way!
We'll be fine, once this rises you'll disappear never to be heard from again at least because you wont acknowledge your error.
Fantastic news, sounds lovely.
No we take our own Eezy, we can't afford much, we all very poor, we want to be millionaires like you.
10p LB, don't you mean 100p or just being conservative, fair enough, very sensible.
The sea looks bluer than ever. The sand is golden.
I'm off to the beach with my lemon again for a lovely swim. May have a celebratory snifter at Pirata on the way back!
Have a good weekend luvvies. Hope your team wins and TLA punting hasn't cost you so much you can't afford a half time pie n bovril...
No Eezy don't change your mind now, you said 0.35p was fair value because remember this is just a rubbish cash shell with only 500k don't forget that.
Hows the orange, have you consulted it, whats its view?
