In my post above I said that I wouldn't be surprised if A J Bell declined to accept the transfer-in of my Accustem shares as a partial ISA transfer, and they haven't let me down, rejected because of a "Fund Manager imposed restriction.
That was my last chance, so they will stay with Willis Owen, who have said I won't be able to trade them ( as they don't allow US shares in their ISAs), but they assured me they wouldn't just sell them without reference to me - so I suppose I can hang onto them for a bit once they are listed (if ever!!) if I feel the value may rise.
They vanished from my trading account and I received a share cert in the post.......gone old school
I have Accustem in my SiPP with ii. They say that I cannot hold them in a SIPP but they also say they can’t tranfer them to my trading account. Stuck.
I've started a partial transfer process from Willis Owen (who won't allow them) to A J Bell.
A J Bell asked me for the SEDOL then said they'd take them. it wouldn't entirely surprise me if they change their mind though.
The problem I have will Willis Owen is they can't tell me what WILL happen if I do nothing. I've been asking persistently since about March.
They did however say that I would be able to transfer them out, if I could find a provider.
I have over 19,000 of them and was hoping they'd be worth a bob or two but tbh they are now written well down in my portfolio. I don't think I'll be keeping them long but who knows? :-)
H, The share administrator is Computershare. They should divi out shares as per the TILS ex dividend date 12/10/2020. Trouble is they will simply send/wire them to the nominee shareholder when they receive the go ahead from ACCM. I switched account providers as soon as I knew TILS were going to list solely on NASDAQ, because my provider will not support overseas listed shareholdings. I am hoping Computershare will sent my ACCM to the same place they are going to send my TLSA shares. Bottom line is though, if you are entitled to receive these shares you must receive them. I just think it will, and is going to be a hassle.
Accustem has been taken out of my portfolio by Jarvis and placed in transaction history with a code next to it. They say they will not trade them. Has anyone had any luck transferring their accustem allotment to another broker and is it possible to do online?
