So that is a US form 20-F which is to register the new Accustem shares to the shareholders |(in this case the US ADR holders), as proposed in the March RNS. The RNS goes on to say "Once the SEC has approved the Form 20-F (or it becomes effective), the final aspect of the distribution will be complete and Accustem will be an entirely separate entity and will move forward with plans to secure its own listing."
I suspect some of the detail of the Form 20-F was "correct at the time of going to press" which was originally back in March, as it talks a lot about joining the LSE and the advantages of remaining a foreign entity. The one you have linked is the second revision and while I've not yet bothered to work out what's changed between versions, I suspect the fact that they have subsequently decided to list only on NASDAQ didn't materially change the purpose of the request sufficiently enough to require the whole form to be re-drafted.
So in my mind nothing has changed and they will still be listing on NASDQ only as stated in the April press release https://www.tizianalifesciences.com/news-item?s=2021-04-13-tiziana-life-sciences-plc-announces-plans-to-list-accustem-sciences-limited-in-the-us
Err thanks TradePhoenix :-)
Thanks Sang
Denny,
Here’s the link to latest doc:
https://sec.report/Document/0001193125-21-177289/
I can post link Denny, or do you want to see if Sangi has and can??? Lol
Exactly Bluebelly!
Possibly just getting StemprintER certified , buyer happy, Bobs your uncle!!
Could you post the link to the SEC doc please Sang?
As Cloudy mentioned, may be something is happening that we are not aware of and the listing won't matter.
That could explain the inconsistent comms, but why would you file the SEC document for listing. Unless it's to pressurise a buyer that's playing hardball.
TILS could come out of this smelling of roses, with a good deal,or a listing in Q4 smelling of the opposite, being almost 12 months adrift.

In my last post I said it was all a bit confusing.
I previously understood Nasdaq only but the actual SEC Registration statement is all about the registration of ADRs and it makes reference to a London listing, unless it is possible for the UK limited company that is already set up to have all its share capital listed in the US as ADRs.
Looking for positives!
The Nasdaq closed above the 50dma, that is the first time it's closed above this marker since 22nd Feb. I believe something was leaked around that time, to trade between $3.70 and $2.70 over a two day period.
The last time the 50dma was broken as resistance was the 11th Jan and previous support was 5th Nov 20.
It would be nice to push on from this point on Monday on the Nasdaq, it will bring in technical traders. We need traders to supply the movement, in this case it would be upwards.
Or the Algo's are re-rating TLSA/TILS on the fundamentals.
Have a great weekend.
All IMHO with Yahoo charts

TLSA at $2.49 equals to 0.88 pounds, when can TILS catch it?
