Not if it floats high, or is sold .
what a joke.
I am with AJ Bell and my shares are in an ISA and I have not had any messages about accustem. I have filled out the W8-BEN form to make sure that my accustem shares go straight into my ISA account.
Oh yeah, didn't think of that. Could be either I suppose but maybe you're right.
Cash element refers to any cash in SIpp/isa cash account not Accustem proceeds.
Cuddles said above "This means that we are in the position to proceed with your in-specie transfer to James Hay Partnership, a valuation of the assets to be transferred has been provided to your new scheme and the cash element of the transfer will be sent once the assets have settled."
Do AJ Bell not allow you to hold US shares in your portfolio? If so this is the same situation I am in with Willis Owen.
Where do James Hay Partnership come into it, have you transferred your ISA (is that the "new scheme")?
If they have provided a valuation to them like they say they have, then someone somewhere knows what Accustem is worth (and that value may be a share opening value or an offer price for your shares).
But taken with the reference to "the cash element" - I'm going to take a wild guess that Accustem has been bought out by someone, for a shares and cash option, so you will get some shares in the new company which will be held by James Hay and some cash.
Does that sound feasible to anyone else?
Cuddles, if you are able to clarify the questions above it might give us some insight, or maybe ask A J Bell for comer further info if necessary. Thanks
Either way, I'm glad it seems to be coming to a conclusion and I hope it makes us all very rich!! :-)
I agree with what you have said and sympathize. Despite the communication not being what one would expect, due to quality of the multiple products in their pipeline I will be topping up when the next opportunity arises at these prices it is a no brainer. DYOR
I have an entitlement to Acustem due, as I held at the correct point in time.
I am dissapointed how the BoD have handled this Demerger.
However, I remain invested in TILS due to the pipeline that remains in its portfolio of treatments. If they are successful, it will not matter who is on the BoD.
The price will go high.

No such message received from Interactive Investor. The Accustem delay just gets longer and longer.
No wonder no existing holders have any faith left in the Board of Directors.
Well I had this email yesterday from AJ Bell
I refer to your AJ Bell Youinvest SIPP.
The demerging process between Tiziana Life Sciences Plc and it’s former subsidiary Accustem Life Sciences Limited, is now complete.
This means that we are in the position to proceed with your in-specie transfer to James Hay Partnership, a valuation of the assets to be transferred has been provided to your new scheme and the cash element of the transfer will be sent once the assets have settled.
If you have any questions please contact me.
Yours sincerely
That could explain the news blackout/inactivity/delay! But why would you file the SEC documents for listing and go through the process. Unless it's to pressurise a buyer that's playing hardball.

My bet is on , sold Accustem.
I have lost all faith with regard Accustem and in turn with this company. They will need to pull something out of the accustem hat pretty quickly and of an impressive nature to restore it.
Repeat post.
"I spoke to GC in the AGM AND HE SAID THERE WILL BE A PRESS RELEASE in 14 days about Accustem hope this makes people feel abit better"
With his track record on Corporate timings no, it doesn't.
Laugh out loud. :-)
"I spoke to GC in the AGM AND HE SAID THERE WILL BE A PRESS RELEASE in 14 days about Accustem hope this makes people feel abit better"
Well, his track record on timing is abysmal so it could be 14 weeks or 14 months
Depends what it says really :-)
