I think rns dated Fri 11 will assist greatly in finance approval .
Contracts in place no if but maybe.
Buy the dips here ignore the trolls
RR,
Lets think about that propistion for a second.
Re; Given that management couldn't raise $500 million via a bond sale (at lender of last resort interest rates), what on earth makes anyone think they will be able to raise £470 million from a 'strategic investor'. Surely any investor with £470M to punt is going to have enough strategic wherewithal to wait until CVA/admin and snap up the whole enterprise for that sum.'
And therein lies the problem, because as of now we have no idea as to how many strategic investors are waiting in the wings do we?
I actually think that there will be more than one 'Strategic Investor' interested in the 'Polyhalite Story' and they will not want wish to wait until 'Administration'.
They will if anything want to get their foot in the door asap..

The Company. Hypothetically, one day.

Zero,
The one and only positive contribution that you have made so far is...........
'Always use the shafts for disposal of the labour party thats one good use, then its money well spent.' :O)
KOH,
Re: 'They could start buying shares back.'
Who and when exactly?
"Dividends would be nice. If they decided to pay them.
Which they may not"
___
They could start buying shares back. Not a bad idea considering the amount of shares in circulation we may end up with once the "process of creation" is over....

Zak Mir is guessing....
For ST2 it was possible to work out NAV, programme, equity, debt repayment, ramp up programme.....
We have none of this currently and it will take a while to work up.. it will be drastically different.
#reset....
- 85% right here buck....72% now though ; )
Buck if you're not the shorter everyone thinks you are....you have about 4 weeks to buy in I reckon. Of course that's if you wanna miss the spike ; )
illbetabuck, step by step, SXX is not only the share lost over 80% in the past yr!!!! get the fact right... the general market is bad... everyone need funding... including banks!!!! so what's the matter... even apple, amazon, facebook all falls.... so what???? this is stock market nothing stay in solid line...
Can’t argue with that DHC, A very low base with which to compare.
Problem is I invested on the by back of the last two equity raises ......
8.45% recovery was not significant? such a rich boy u r! I am sure LTHs would love to see more of 8.45% daily!!! bring it on, watch and learn the SP is going to north doesn't matter if you like it or not! sleep tight!
DHC
When you state ‘all for the better...’
It is presumed you mean compared to administration
And not compared to ST2 ?
The reaching poly sooner may well happen but.....
Ok, so in the meantime buck do us all a favour, go sit yourself down on a nice boring value stock and trickle along. There's a good boy
And a **** like you will continue to assume no offer.....then the rns hits, then you definitely do miss the spike.
Fortune favours the brave.....no fortune for buck then......
Um New Game ............ They Don't Need An End Plan.lol
CF states that they are not in discussions with HMG, so that appears to be a lost cause.
Why would they currently be engaged with no senior debt to underwrite?
Maybe the government will underwrite later when the project is derisked?
Can’t fathom folk talking dividends....
Optimism of course that the spectre of administration now reduced ..... but, Compared to original ST2 plan we will likely have significantly more dilution and the previous ramp up to 10, 13 and 20 mtpa kicked massively down the road. (Double whammy!!!)
Folk need to recalibrate expectations.... I’m still in and hopeful on some ‘value’ but believe it will be modest and...... slow.
Dividends would be nice. If they decided to pay them.
Which they may not
I’m in for the dividends anyway & at this price finding it hard not to keep adding.
