Signature Golds reinterpretation and testing at Specimen Hill shows multimillion ounce scale potential and has attracted interest from some of the largest gold companies with partnership discussions already initiated.
STGR web site now back up and running updated with the results from the AGM and the detailed circular I assume shareholders should have received prior to the meeting. The Circular is definitely worth a look. I received a reply from Brett and he confirmed the AGM results, that court approval will take place in February and listing in a month`s time implying the court date may be brought forward from the 23rd. I can see a lot of interest in these shares particularly as gold prices are on the rise so should be an exciting next couple of months for LTH who must have thought all was lost 12 months ago.
Hi Hammer, yes we are all still shareholders so, don't worry . Brett has done an excellent job here and your investment in Stratmin transfers to Tectonic. . Tectonic market cap will be 12.5 million and the share issue price 2p, therefor the share issue is 12.5m divided by 2p equals 625,000,000 shares.
Are we still to be shareholders when this re- lists, and if we are as is suggested, does anyone know what the potential shares in issue will be after raise and re-list, noticed the stratmin web page now unobtainable so glad for the feedback still left on this page GLA.
Here are a couple of quotes to serve as reminders. "The results from the December field program at Specimen Hill have been excellent and they are looking forward to sharing that in conjunction with the IPO raise". "The Board is participating in the raise and it is worth noting that the Tectonic executive directors have all opted to take 100% of their exec salaries in options, which will be vesting only after achieving a premium to the IPO price. The Employee Share Option Plan is constructed with three tranches, vesting when the share price reaches 2.5p, 5p and 8p. This was designed to give the UK investors a clear indicator of managements confidence in the portfolio and has been well received".
"On a slightly different tack. The book for the money raise is still open. I would be interested in putting money in possibly, with other shareholders so that we can raise a meaningful amount." Have you got a sort code & account number for us to send monies?l
Big Nugget - thanks for your feedback- just to confirm: "Before i answer your question I think its important to point out that Brett wasn't actually there in person although, he was connected via a phone link during all of the procedures." - Brett was hiding away and talking on a phone? "One tasty nugget ( see what I did there) is that the Ausy Government pays 42.5% of R & d" - Really, that's a stroke of luck, keep the pot safe for other uses? "After a Shareholder question i can also confirm we will not be using cyanide or drilling on Tribal land." - Adhering to international law then? "On the more minor subject of Finance , I can confirm we are fully funded for a full drilling program on Specimen Hill and exploratory drilling at Last Chance and Mount Cassie" - minor subject of finance - best laugh yet. Look forward to Bretts return to the UK & your report of his further pearls of wisdom.
Hi Maltby, your welcome. I was very encouraged. I wanted to ask him about comparisons to GGP but due to the length of the questioning I decided to leave that out. By the way Brett is back in the UK in a couple of weeks for an investor roadshow and I plan to meet up with him then. Titeline not only shows great confidence but, also introduces us to much larger potential Farm In partners. A double Wammy if you wish. Nothing more on finance or timeline for the Czech project. I would imagine after the Farm In they will look at it again. A spin off and new IPO could raise millions.
Many thanks for the feedback sounds very encouraging. Would it be fair to assume re-admission to AIM now likely to take place in March? Initial drilling for Specimin Hill for the JORC definition which Brett hopes will support a higher share price. Any timings for this or a TTAU web site? Interesting about potential farm outs and Titeline taking equity rather than fees suggest a high amount of confidence from people in Oz who should know. A fair amount of dilution here but maybe inevitable in the circumstances Anything on finance and timeline for next steps with the Czech option.Any comparison with GGP which is rather popular on here!! Many thanks again for sharing your thoughts and giving up your time. I have E mailed Brett and I will pass on any reply.
I will pass on a number of points made , not necessarily in order of importance but, in the order they came up. On Flotation we will have at least $2.5 million Aus in the bank. We have 9 projects. Funds from the flotation will be used drilling up to and including JORC at Specemin Hill and exploratory drilling at Last Chance and Mount Cassie. We are fully funded for this work and will not need to raise any more cash. Brett is expecting a uplift to the number of Ten to the Specemin Hill current recourse of 230,00 oz ie 2million plus oz. Titeline , who will be doing the drilling for us have agreed to $530,000 worth of drilling for equity. Titeline have a number of clients that they drill for, that we are speaking to re Farm In. Apparently the client list is on their website 9although I couldn't find it ). The BOD are taking a minimum of 10% of the flotation finance raise ( Brett will underwrite all of this ). We are the fisrt company in Australia to work with new 3DIP technology ( lower cost for hard rock analysis) We also have a 2million oz resource (Brett expects this to be larger) in Czech republic. There is the possibility of this being another Stand Alone listing. Brett is aware that communication with shareholders needs to improve. With that in mind we will be employing an expert on online social media. Finally, my favourite line from Brett - "We will be borrowing the balance sheets of larger companies to help us achieve our ambitions" On a slightly different tack. The book for the money raise is still open. I would be interested in putting money in possibly, with other shareholders so that we can raise a meaningful amount. Thoughts and questions ?
Before i answer your question I think its important to point out that Brett wasn't actually there in person although, he was connected via a phone link during all of the procedures. I must admit that when I arrived and discovered this I was a tad disappointed. However at the end of the meetings he had answered all the questions and points so clearly and with great detail that, I was very satisfied with the result. It was 3am in Aus when we started and proceedings and the question and answer section took at least 2 hours. I think its important to realise that Signature Gold ( soon to be Tectonic ) is a working company with drilling going on at present. We are also engaged in a number of important discussions with companies that are interested in a Farm In. I had this confirmed to me after the meeting was finished and believe that with the company in mind Bretts time was best spent in Australia.
Thanks for tonight's feedback Bignuggets and I look forward to your more detailed comments tomorrow. The Australian Governments funding towards our R&D was already known amongst investors on this board, it would be of interest to me personally on how you found Brett to be in regard to his confidence and enthusiasm. Thanks again.
On the more minor subject of Finance , I can confirm we are fully funded for a full drilling program on Specimen Hill and exploratory drilling at Last Chance and Mount Cassie.
After a Shareholder question i can also confirm we will not be using cyanide or drilling on Tribal land.
One tasty nugget ( see what I did there) is that the Ausy Government pays 42.5% of R & d .It appears that all drilling and surveying work including salaries is seen as R and D. So, they are paying for nearly half of our expenditure over there.
Just got back after a long day and a few pleasant drinks with fellow shareholders. All resolutions passed with 94.3 % acceptance. With regards to the flotation Vidaloca is correct. We have a court hearing booked on Feb 23rd ( although they are trying to bring that forward) . It then takes 5 days after that to put the papers through our side ,according to the Nomad. I will post my full notes tomorrow . However, I would like to say I am extremely confident after speaking with Brett and will be adding more in the pre Flotation funding round.( which is still open by the way).
Was today... anyone get any info/updates?
Thanks for that information I didn't see it. I would appreciate any feedback from anyone who makes the AGM today
quindell, I have copied and pasted my post from Jan 3rd below. It was in a mail I received from Brett and to be honest I was surprised at the time of posting that there was no reaction. There is no other way. Just awaited some confirmation stuff on the IPO from Brett. It's common knowledge that the AGM and meeting to approve the deal is on the 12th, following that they have to approve the deal to the Australian court for ratification, it has already been approved by the Australian shareholders. They then go straight to the IPO which is being managed by VSA Capital and Optiva. The Australian Federal Courts are closed in January so as soon as February hits they will get that completed as quickly as possible then go straight to listing. The results from the December field program at Specimen Hill have been excellent and they are looking forward to sharing that in conjunction with the IPO raise. I am really looking forward to this.
At least Feb? Since when, who said that?
Thanks quindell. AGM tomorrow but we won't be listed till at least February.
Lads and lasses every vote count so lets get these resolutions voted in favour so we can re-list ASAP!
I would appreciate it if all you guys could complete the proxy vote today and post it today! Please print and vote in favour, thanks to a friend of mine for forwarding this to me - better late then never lol! https://www.scribd.com/document/368915054/Stratmin-Proxy-Form https://www.scribd.com/document/368915053/Stratmin-AGM-Proxy-Form Lets get this done ASAP so we can relist and then BOOOOOOOM
Yes, if they could get the website to show pictures of golden pyramids and perhaps a weighing scale with gold on one side and dust on the other. Perhaps a picture or two of the main 'players' would be great, along with their CV's. Maybe a penguin or two might be nice as well - I like the emperor ones.
I agree, if ever there was a man to hold the purse strings - it is Brett. The only problem I foresee is that he will forget if he is 'reversing' or 'moving forward' with the new company. Just to clarify - what is it we are mining now? Is it Gold , anyway I'm quids in - Go Brett -go
