Best regards Stu..
Hi,
I am holding a few thousand of the NWF shares on the ASX market but I can't find a way to sell them within in the UK and I could do with the cash after a recent tough financial crisis!
Any ideas on how I can sell these shares would be appreciated, especially as they are now at 0.53AUD/share which is great
Thanks in advance
Hi there I am still holding some paper stock cert from my sold Stella Diamonds and I need anyone who can help and advise the easiest, cheapest way to get these transferred to an electronic format.... I am in the UK and also have an IG stock account but IG London have been less than helpful and say it simply cant be done as Company is listed on ASX....? Is there another safe way of doing this... Have just contacted Advanced Share Registry in the AU to see if they can add any value here... Any comments greatly appreciated... Best, Stu James,
*almost pressing the sell button (auto correct..)
I still hold...... I'm almost presuming the sell button haha! I transferred mine to IG and sick of paying the quarterly fee of £24.....
But I can only sell by putting in a limit order.... I'm used to dealing on Halifax where you get a price and 15 seconds to transact...
But so happy to break even after the Stella fiasco....??
Guys, If there is anyone here still holding NWF shares, I can help you sell them. I just sold mine for 0.27 this week.
Hi they are pushing out small share holders less than 500 Aus dollars with lower fees or broker costs, any one holding over 2857 shares need to do nothing I hold more than this but ticked the box on Iweb just to see what happens if they are going to cover the broker costs of selling but think nothing will happen, maybe with less Private investers the share price will get pushed up Who Knows.
Whats this about holders of less than 2857 job lot offer ? I own more than this so am I exempt ? And why are they doing it ? Fund raise ?
Lots of news,

Equal to a 12g per ton gold deposit.
Funding secured on reasonable terms...I think 12% interest, so onwards and upwards.

Also H&L. I'm considering selling next week to invest elsewhere as I don't see this moving much more in the medium term. I see I have to phone up in order to trade rather than trade online normally!
I use Hargreaves Lansdown, fees apply though and I can’t trade normally but in future if liquidity improves maybe, the assets look very, very good so maybe just maybe later some time.....
Thanks Gaz but Its Director Karl Townsend said to me yesterday that they cant do it now, maybe in future....Anyone else have recommendation of other UK brokers can do the job pls, many thanks .

Yes I did Doc, Google Arnold Stansby & Co, based in Manchester. Easy to open an account, keep your share cert until you're ready to sell and bobs your uncle.
Good luck.
So far so good. Gaz: my share cert. was issued by "Advanced Share Registry Ltd" back then, did you manage to find a UK broker to have your share in your UK account for easy dealing pls ? Many Thanks in advance.
nice little rise today, maybe on the back of my previoys post ?
Finger on the sell button bit might wait till 30 cents.

Anyone else getting that uneasy feeling....looking at other funding strategies....Strip mining some of the dykes might bring cash in as opposed to high cash burn rate ! At this rate we will produce in 2 years time, I should have sold out and gone elsewhere. This not the first Australia company that I am having problems with either, they all like dancing but never deliver. Nice buy by a member of the management though.

he transition of the Stellar shareholder register from Stellar's share registry to Newfield's share registry, Advanced Registry Services, was more problematic than anticipated. Newfield and its registrar received many emails and queries from former Stellar shareholders following completion of the Offer relaying their concerns about a lack of information from brokers and advisors. Transfers of custodial holdings into separate beneficial holder accounts are still being actioned in some instances. Whilst Newfield's intention remains to establish the Facility, the Company has decided to delay the establishment of the Facility until it is confident that the transitional issues with the former Stellar shareholders have been satisfactorily resolved. The Company is hopeful this will occur by the middle of 2019. Former Stellar shareholders with ongoing issues should email Newfield on info@newfieldresources.com.au or contact Advanced Registry Services via their web site at https://www.advancedshare.com.au/contact-us
@gazshot, that is true, I spoke to my brokers and they said the same, because of the unique situation. The shares in Newfield haven’t even gone up either so can’t even offset the loss.
Hi guys, I've heard that the Aussies gave slapped a verification fee on any overseas investors wishing to cash in on their investment. Equates to around £150, that's on top if any dealing charges, exchange rates etc. Anyone come across this ?
