GRAY colour trades- indicate mid priced deals. Over the period 17 - 25 June, they total 4.650,000 shares. NB. Gray trades are excluded from Day Totals, thus creating a misleading picture of share activity! Within the above period, defined trades - Red/ Blue - were: 5 sales totaling 2,019,050 shares and 9 buy's totalling 386,050 shares On the balance of probabilities, I conclude the gray trades were sells. 'Notably' NO Gray trades were dealt from pm 11th, til pm 17th. DYOR
....'confusing' late posted, mid price deals from 24th ....... 2m 'changed' hands at 5.125 - the bid 5.00 / ask 5,25! Are these defined as buy/sell elsewhere? Only trade today, sale of 5k priced at 5.0762 .... same bid/ask.
Just beginning to seep in ATM .... some SP movement! DYOR
Hello. No reason given, naturally HSBC said was not their fault!
Hi isbjorn......Thanks for the update .... relieved for you ..... 'inexplicable' delay with electronic banking, no 'excuse' given? Go for a sweetener, reason: was relying on funds to trade - lost opportunity! I used them[pre internet!], now just banking - 'n less satisfied lately !
Dividend payment received today .
The article doesn't appear to have reached those part's ......... def rec viewing! IMHO PS, That the sale deadline extension to 2015 was the result of a certain astuteness in forecasting India's upcoming election, curiously went unmentioned in the tele conversation I less recently had with 'a director'! When mentioned the reply was words to the effect it was the sensible and only thing to do[I agreed], and no one had gainsaid the decision. Hopefully actions afar will eventually profit SPK ,,,, the clock is ticking !
Have a look at this article: http://www.iii.co.uk/articles/166487/indian-election-results-excite-investors
The largest holding SPARK has to dispose is IMI (India telecom-related company). With the predicted election in India being a landslide for the BJP party, this should, in theory, have a positive influence on Indian shares. In, fact the market had already been writing in a victory for BJP since February and this has produced an uplift of about 15% in the Indian Stock market and is predicted to go higher. A major pledge of the BJP is to increase infrastructure spending and this should benefit IMI. A lot of shareholders might have wondered why SPARK extended the life of the fund to March 2015. The run up to the Indian election may have played a part......if so, SPARK were astute.
Today a late deal from 0830 14 May, +1.1m share's 'changed' hands, 'av' value £55.68k. Not a great help to the 'future' question .... unless someone can ID the deal properly?
See Back RNS for all details.

My cash back was in my bank yesterday.
2 e mails to Spark and 1 to LSE regarding missing cash back, not a reply as yet. Anybody else not received as yet? I'm getting a little concerned to say the least!! Perhaps I'm old fashioned but when i send a mail a reply would be super?? Looking forward to comments. Tried to sell some this evening, did not want to know so what's all this about? Happy to take the dosh when buying but not wanting to purchase when client would like to sell, only 19000 so no big deal
Thanks for that, still waiting!
Rec'd today.
TOFT .... I'm sure several options have been put forward from a continuance of the modus op .... to sale as a shell company, it's in the small print 'somewhere' ....... I think!
anybody received as yet? Spark mentioned before the 5th which as we all know is a public holiday?
After this 4.5p is paid there is, in theory, about a further 7p per share that might be available for return to shareholders. In their last report, SPARK said that about 75% of this value was in the IMI holding, with the other 25% coming from Mind Candy and others. I can only imagine that once the final payment is made to shareholders (about March 2015), the SP will be go to zero. So, have each of us made sufficient money from the returns of cash that we can just write off worthless shares, or, will there still be value in them but we have to wait to see what SPARK can engineer? I'm not sure what the options might be but, as it appears that none of the big shareholders are bailing out, there might be options that us mere mortals are not privy to. Are there any sophisticated investors that can shed any light?
Ex divi date I think
Anybody any idea when we will be paid? All i can find is before the 5th May?
