Yes that’s the one
Hi TBH hope all is well.
Are the last 3 digits 221
Hi GB,
Do you still have my number to call?
Anybody who is attending the virtual prepared to ask questions???
I normally go but due to shares being held in a nominee account was not given sufficient time to obtain approvals required.
GB, can't say I blame you. Patton seems keen to impress though and two new board members joining could shake things up at last. Newsflow through trading updates has been very positive but only in % terms which is meaningless in reality. Lega side seem to going well but again no £s to value it against. I had hoped that PJ would have sorted out his very odd process for settling monies due to the plc but it appears as difficult as ever to get him to pay up what is due and no idea why the plc has allowed this to drag on for much too long now. Again maybe the new directors could address this once and for all? I feel the company messed up its communications when re-listing and go the RNS updates back to front, the Dubai stuff should have been announced first, then the resumption of trading. As for the other news, again pretty poor the company really needs to say where it at now not from months ago. Not sure if they will reveal anything before or at the agm or even if they will provide more trading updates or not. It has been too easy for them to just keep issuing more stock to keep the lights on for too long, time to run this as business and not some lifestyle aim company without caring about making real profits or screwing its investors over and over. Last chance saloon for me, at £1m this has so much potential to deliver fantastic returns but are the directors motivated to make it happen or not?
Patience run out!!!
Was on the verge of selling when results issued.
After careful thought and with the inclusion of the Dubai arm to further complicate matters , if ever I get to break even again I’m gone. GLALTH
The next annual report will hopefully show good progress in the second half of 20/21
No.
Perhaps they didn’t like the wording.!!!!!
One day we might get some concrete figures rather than persistent Pie in the Sky numbers.
Any success? Certainly the Nomad should be doing much more!
Means far less people to ask them questions that would probably leave them red faced.Amazing that they can do that so quickly, yet drag their feet with results.Probably be a nothing AGM anyway, talk amongst themselves, pass all their resolutions, bish bosh ,well done chaps ,thats it for another year.If we survive.
What good is it telling shareholders with 3 days remaining that they need confirmation of holding if held in a nominee account before they can join the discussion when it takes 7 working days to obtain .
I shall be mailing SJH later as the Nomad doesn’t bother to answer any questions.
Expecting a further trading update prior to agm. Big update will be the 2020/21 accounts - hopefully in the summer - they should be more straight forward on basis that issues were probably kicked to death in the 2019/20 accounts
This is always going to be a volatile share. No free float, hold for gold ...... maybe :-)
Well done
Was tempted to out on Wednesday with a small profit but greed overcome. Simply because the information was up to July 2020 and really didn’t take account of the growth reports over H2.
Nice flurry of buys yesterday ,maybe a follow on to GSP here’s hoping.
Can see RM stepping down and GP taking over as chairman, when the new CEO is appointed!!!!
GLA.
TBH no coffee this year then.
LOL
Looks like the Flea Powders working, woof, woof
Every dog has it's day despite Tom Winnifrith aka The Analyzer's efforts.
Looks like somebody has just applied Flea Powder to that dog.
That last post from "The Analyzer" was straight out of Tom Winnifriths library of quotations so looks like he is one of TWs attack dogs which would explain why he is busy posting on a share that very few people know of or follow and TW did usual ****ging off attack on SJH this week.
The reality is that company is loss making and technically insolvent. It’s a dog with fleas
Sounds like most of the stock market :-)
Buys will only encourage sellers right now I can wait.
Newuncle if you think share is cheap you should buy more, even small volumes according to you will push up price.

To get any new cash investment it has offer massively in the money share options.
To put it into context, every 1p they drop the SP that knocks £42,00o off the MCAP, so a 10p drop = £420,000 off the MCAP. Madness
£1.7m mcap...really?
