The question is how soon is soon? next week soon - next month soon ? or in investment language next year soon? Been a while now pal - hopefully something soon?
News soon
I sent an email a few days ago, so the likelihood of getting a response before December, isn't looking favourite. This Silver Falcon seems to be following in the steps of now extinct dodo : (
Still awaiting a response to two emails sent in mid-July inquiring about the likelihood of returning to the market. How can a company be so UNCARING towards its investors!
According to a guy on another forum (nudge nudge wink wink) its all changed again now to mid sept! The goalposts seem to have legs of their own on this share. He has heard we are buying a pharma company, and there will be a fundraiser at 4p. Who knows eh?
Anyone know how they can realistically delay Results? Again it seems the recent Twitter rumours of a re-listing in August, are just that, likely looking, totally unfounded and a huge disappointment again!
Adrian can we have our money back please!!!
times cracking on
No reasons for delay in deal ??
Well results due any day no; hopefully will up date us further on timescales. But has been frustrating for a year & half. Gone past their hoped end of June RTO with no mention for delays.
there is a guy on there suggesting mid to late Aug for news. Seems like every man and his dog know whats going on, yet no explanation via official channels? strange. Anway, fingers crossed...
I am no expert, just trying to make a few quid, people who do this for a living seem very happy with what is afoot. As it's the main market I believe it is legal different rules apply due to suspension.
You say "Just a little longer." Is this based on knowledge or just a wild guess? And are SILF's actions legal?
Just a little longer.
exactly shouldn't be allowed as it's main market listed don't believe there is a time limit, which is a joke shouldn't be allowed to lock people out of access to their funds
I thought they was a time limit in which they had to make an RTO or acquisiton before they would be delisted? Or can they get around that by just being suspended forever? Why is there not a time limit on suspensions under these circumstances?
What is going on? I emailed Silver Falcon two weeks ago seeking an update. No response. I emailed the Daily Mail asking them to investigate the suspension - now 19 months ago - again no response. Does anyone have an update? My money is getting fed up with being locked in.
Your getting boring, stick to premium bonds in future
gone?
Well last year's Interims for year ending 30th June, were on the 5th August 2016. Let's see what they have to say on this year's Interims, on latest progress re RTO. Should be interesting, and their latest cash position. Shukan, it's all good & well saying to keep positive even if it takes another year or so, but they must be burning up cash etc. The continued wait, maybe due to continued efforts to raise cash for the RTO, as due diligence, usually only takes a matter of weeks. Hopefully not much longer on a positive outcome.
A little more patience required
I do fella you are not the only one on twitter!!👍
I expect something from you here at the appropriate time
