Yep. And the sold value is: £80.43… or 44p- I don’t know which one is correct but I don’t suppose it matters much. Happy New Year.
0 buyers, not even our bull willing jump in.
If we've reached the bottom why no buyers?
You would think our bull would be jumping in with both galoshes. Must be the worst signal in the world, a bull that's not willing to average down a deeply loss making position.
One small slip and it's into the deep dark abyss.
The bottom of the ocean is a very dark lonely place, so lonely you'll never spot a buyer. Don't get pulled down by the vortex of someone else losses.
Best avoided.
''Looks to me like at last we may have gotten to the bottom of the recent drift in this stock.''
You have been saying this all the way down from a quid as I recall?
"In the meantime, you might want to have a look at SG's sale now on, there are a range of excellent items, all with 20% off. This is the sort of material you cannot get on ebay, I am sure they will shift a lot of it."
SG not normally known for discounting...won't this impact the bottom line, or maybe an effort to get that paper profit the CEO suggested.
They'll come one day. Clearly you are interested enough to keep on coming back to this site. I suspect others, who may not be so vocal, are equally keeping an eye on things.
Currently 399 Strand is closed for the Xmas break, re-opening on 4th January. In the meantime, you might want to have a look at SG's sale now on, there are a range of excellent items, all with 20% off. This is the sort of material you cannot get on ebay, I am sure they will shift a lot of it.
I thoroughly expect internet trading to increase for SG as the year progresses and the coin auctions etc start materialising.

Calling the bottom, well SGI is a bum share, so we can agree on that.
No buyers again today, just sellers.
Looks to me like at last we may have gotten to the bottom of the recent drift in this stock. It's well oversold, especially if the company is moving into the black next year.
Looks like it will be time to stock up next week onwards before it goes back over 3p again.....
"As Devon points out, turnarounds take time. "
Yep, good that you have seen the light, could be worth a punt in 2024.
I still have a target of 1.80-2.2, not that far off...
Nothing has changed as far as I am concerned, and unlike a lot of the liars on these boards, I cannot buy each day since I only use cleared funds.
I’m happy to let it drift downwards in very light turnover, when I buy next, I will clearly get a bargain.
The company is moving into profit as signposted by the CEO, this will mean a substantial Re rate of the shares at some stage next year. The fact it is falling now merely reflects losses punters have made elsewhere, such as in ARB, and their need to encash a loss at any price. Whilst the shares have traded lower than this before, it’s only been for limited periods so anyone selling now is likely to be selling at a considerable loss. More fool them.
As Devon points out, turnarounds take time. Phoenix has provided that time, and I am happy to follow their lead. Castelnau will provide the boost in due course aided by Showpiece as they announce their next investment.
At least it has fallen less than ARB, Delaney?
"2.3p is an all time low correct?"
No, it's been lower.
''I see a rather nice 250,000 share purchase went through just before the close. Could bode well for tomorrow''
Well it boded well for the SELLER.
Only 2 weeks later, in a rising market, down 20% on that today to 2.3 pence
2.3p is an all time low correct?
SP drop, not a vote of confidence really.
I still think we could go below 2p.......bit surprised the bull isn't buying, perhaps it was different kind of bull all along ;)
Don't I haven't warmed them ;)
2.3, I don't think that's the bottom. I think we yet might see below 2p.
Down to 2.3 pence today. Not looking good.
Pearls, you made all kinds of forecasts DURING covid. Have you forgotten?
Devon, no-one forecast the COVID situation before it arose, including you. That obviously has delayed things for everyone.
Certainly know one is buying the shares LOL
Let's hope they are, they need to to make up the £20m of sales you were forecasting for 20/21.......hahaha
Next year, next yea....your starting to understand turnarounds take years and years....maybe worth looking back in in 2024.
Forgot to mention: during next week and until 4th January you can still buy via the internet as online will not be closed.
Next year promises to see a substantial uplift in catalogue publications which should be handy for sales. Some of the catalogues are over ten years old and need updating
Devon, if you wanted to see buys, you should have gone into 399 Strand on Saturday. A lot of people and there was regular buying of all sorts of things.
The shop is closed next week until 4th January, as usual.
I thought I was going to be able to make a note in my diary, a buy had appeared, but no as usual...its another seller.
Still no buyers, the Directors don't want the stock, even our "bull" is shunning it......what a disaster!
Just think all those forecast of 00's % of increase in value LOL and it's sunk.
