Very good results and dividends. Im in
Seems positive. The buyer in background (Azimut?) Seems to keep adding here suggesting this has further to rise. Very little stock about.
Excellent update today - couldn't ask for better ... well worth a read.
I will see how market judges it i think....looks good though
Interesting TU. Revenue up marginally from last figures. Debt seems lower. They seem pretty confident about current performance.
Results 1 month ahead of last year. AGM in June too.what will be SP many be today ? Already at a year high.
So FT website suggest Azimut have added 370k of shares. Likely taking out AZ Legan who had same amount. No update by Sec to say this yet. First fund to go over 3% for Sec.
Trading update next few weeks hopefully.
Possible TU in May. Good buys on Friday possibly why price rose slightly today. Tried googling their US operations with pretty much zero results. Same for Aus Twitter feed. Not sure what is going on there.
Overall seems a lot of positive share price movement here. Just hope the business can back it up with H1 performance. No reason to suggest it won't. Target 120-150p. Or is that just silly?
100p ask. Nice.
£14.99k buy trade at 16.07pm and that explains why were closer to 100p. Time of year where directors could top up isa? Seems unlikely so close to results. Wonder if the presentation influenced any funds/investors here? Be nice to touch 100p this week but no reason to suggest this could happen without news. Does feel like there is strong demand here and very limited stock.
Price keeps ticking up. Someone wants stock.
Seems to me someone is pretty eager to buy up any stocks here. Small trades forcing price up here. Some good news or director buys could add 10-20% here. Company keeps expanding. If profits move higher with this it's all good news.
More volumes today. Over 160k. Likely 1 buy and 1 big sell. Not many small with too much stock left. Azimut could get near 3% if they are buyer.
Looks like 1-2 funds here have mopped up the sold shares from other funds. FT shows Az Legan Administra??o de Recursos Ltda. as having 370k shares.
Azimut Capital Management SGR SpA with 462k shares.
Morningstar.com has Azimut Investments S.A. as 554k of shares.
One of the reasons for low daily trades here is Morton and Fiorenzo Tagliabue own 66% of the firm now. With Emma Kane and other directors about 6%. Leaving 32% in other hands. Of which 3 funds seem to own about 6-7%.
Lot of the sellers here seem to be old Porta investors such as Fideity whose original stake was pretty much down 90%. So if results show any kind of promise in May then could we see a rise here? Would Emma keep buying at these prices? As sellers run dry price will be pushed up with good news.
Do still seem to have 2 funds buying and selling taking care not to lower price here. Volumes are very small. Very few private investors involved here. Not sure if this presentation is important or just a standard thing. Doubt anything will get announced. Likely a lot of charts to show what they are doing. See what next week brings. I think reslts and Q1 figures will be key.
Results likely late May early June. Last year got a TU in May with lots of director buys in April. Albeit price was circa 28p then.
That or market correction? Hmmm.
Someone is buying someone out and the price keeps rising. If they buy out Morton as well they could formally make an offer. Albeit i doubt directors could buy if this was known. I had assumed a fund or ex employee selling up. Puzzle but zero reasons to sell here as it looks under valued still.
80k of shares traded at 73p. If they were all sells I think it would of dropped. 2x25 and 2x15. Funds involved now?
28k trade caused surge. Wait for RNS on Monday? Still strong demand at these prices. In big movers list for the day too. Exciting times.
We have a large delayed trade of 28k shares. Likely director. Hence 27% rise.
I saw that. I woondered if TU had bigger impact? The problem with Porta was it never reached economies of scale. Secn have managed to cut out 1-2m in costs. This will really help. Especially if American and China operations do well. The Australian part of Porta was always making circs 1m profits. They just couldnt manage debt costs. Future purchases and mergers should make SecN a big player.
Just a reminder of the recent 89p Target Price from Arden.
Also, so few folks have any awareness of SECN and the real mileage should come about as the company is progressively more widely appreciated.
Marked up nearly 13% now. What is going on?
Wow up 9% now. Clearly not much stock about as these trade values are tiny.
Buys now at 60p. See how long this lasts. Seller clear? 20% spread is huge.
The group seem to actually be in profit now. Less tax and payments to third party owners. Seems good news. Change of management too. Market pretty much ignored it. Bit odd directors buying week before TU.
My view on this is there is a big seller and directors are mopping up these shares. Director buys are getting bigger.
