Not quite right! That £7 million bill is to be shared with PVR on ownership % i.e.LOGP own 20% so their bill is more like £1.7 million. Of course that's if no deal is done with Transocean i.e. bringing them on board to drill Barryroe. Watch this space!
paying above bid(1.75p) but not letting in very cheaply(2.5p or above for decent size).....they are waitng for direction but, imo, they don`t have many shares ....few buys and this will reverse.I think a deal is being worked out for sale of R2S and we should know very soon(different parties interested ,so sale should be at a decent price, imo).IF on that news I expect 10p sp.DYOR
tick up....spread is shocking but mms are deterring buyers for some reason...

no rns saying no reason for 36% rise last Friday?maybe a deal is in the bag?
R2S has been acquired for £5 mill in 2012.If worth the same and sold the for same amount ,it will be @ 9p per share....all needs to be concluded by end of april.....that could explain the start of the rise last Friday?
2.13p,maybe they need shares...a couple of buys will do,now,b4 close...

The Board is in discussions with a number of parties who have expressed an interest in the acquisition of the R2S Visual Asset Management business and/or other assets of the Group.
I am intrigued with the two recent RNS about strategic partnerships' involving R2S forensic. Therefore I will ' stay the pace' in the hope that this is an avenue that may lead to an offer for the Company in the future. GL all (we will need it)
