Should get the share price moving north from its current lows
150% revenue growth...wow
Yes it's been a poor show for the share price most likely because it's not making lmoney and nobody has bought RSTR out. Charlie Muirhead doesn't seem interested in PI's. I've held on and topped up slightly as the instititution investors such as Woodford are so impressive. Video is a fast growing market so I'm hoping the market will eventually realise it. I'll top up agan at 20p of we side that low
Yeh but... Only 687,191 new ordinary shares (0.35% of a the 193.75 million) were admitted. And they "have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options by current and former employees of the Company." 'Reminds me of a (not so ancient, American born, Hong Kong Star's) saying... " Be water my friend " Best Regards, Blue
Following the issue of the New Shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company with voting rights will be 193,752,558. More dilution. Money to the Board. Beginning to smell bad. When a fish smells look to the head = an ancient Chinese saying
I'm really fed up with the downward trend this company shows. Come on !!
Agreed, I was expecting a lot worse given the RNS. Still viewing this is a good long termer given the CEO's appetite for building and selling companies in the past
Nearly 3 times the average volume & 38p paid
My buy at 34.2p shown as a sell... ...no doubt because the bid was shown as 34p & the ask was shown as 38p... FFS!
No problem this morning...bought 1,000 at 34.2p
Weirdly, I just tried to place a limit order & it wouldn't take it...Strange?!
Nothing much wrong & quite a lot to like with the Q3 2014 Business Update... SP "trend" seems reflective of many recent "techie" IPO's ( FDEV, KWS, SYQ, etc )...big initial gains followed by pretty harsh drops...and then jolly decent recoveries. 'Question is... where is the Jolly Mad Bottom (JMB) on this? I'm still in & will average down... GLA & Best Regards, Blue

...but no comments or trades...still seriously under the radar?
Good research Poetical, thanks.... I have added for the short and long term Best regards, Blue
Nice work poetical, I like the thought of Woodford buying 20%, think these will fit nicely in my sipps.
Of new shares. Companies now merged after GM the other day. Now the 4th biggest content provider in the USA and biggest outside of it. And second biggest independent globally with 48% growth in H1 of this year alone. Founder of YouTube Chad Hurley on board as both an investor and an advisory to the board along with a proven Internet Entrepreneur Charlie Muirhead founding this business. Two acquisitions of the two very similar companies by Time Warner and Disney for $1bn and $750m just completed. We should be next in line if played well and see a 6-10 bagger from here at least. We got people, product, market share and money. What's not to like? My research notes here that formed my investment basis. https://www.dropbox.com/s/3puqc7m889d415k/RSTR_Research_PoeticalTrader.pdf
Rightster Group plc ("Rightster" or the "Group" or the "Company") Director/PDMR Share Dealing Rightster Group plc (AIM: RSTR), the cloud-based global video distribution and monetisation network that enables content owners to upload content once and commercialise everywhere, has been notified that The Broughton Discretionary Trust, whose beneficiaries include Michael Broughton, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased a total of 43,860 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 July 2014 at a price of 57p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Michael Broughton is deemed to have an interest in 43,860 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
I would re-read the RNS and then research base79 and in particular Patrick Walker, who is not one to throw his money away on a whim. If you're still not happy with your investment then sell up........ unless you're not invested..... in which case ???
All the funds to make these acquisitions are being funded by loans, current investors/stock liquidisation. It's not as if they have made profits through organic growth and using these funds. I believe they were so short of funds that they urgently needed this cash injection to keep the Company as it was above water. If they are extremely lucky then they might be purchased by a big media company with more money than sense.
@ a shade under 60p GL all
News today. I'm really happy to have participated in FTSR and the potential for it. To think these acquisitions will make it the 4th biggest MCN in North America and the largest outside is very exciting. Especially when you look at the $950m and $750m acquisitions of the top two MCN's by Time Warner and Disney recently... H1 viewing figures are 48% up, and Chad Hurely, founder of YouTube has put £2M of his own in here. This is already trading well below value, and when the market reacts it should shoot right up. Longer term it will be an acquisition target itself. A very promising company indeed and I predict this board is going to become a lot busier! I'm going to hold this as long as I can!
Good things I mean!
