Good lad I think Pete made a Bob or two
World class mind ....bless btw sell till ya heed drops off
sp got to 24p back in landaus days, I made a good amount.
BPC well over 3p now..Range just over £2.3M????
BPC have nothing yet have a market cap beyond RRL's widest dreams. Work that out.
Photomic1962...it’s just not fair, if that’s all he got wasn’t enough. “Landau”, they should bring hard labour back! Does anyone think we could trust giving him a spot on the mine for him to quarry for a few years as payback or do we think he may help himself to the goods! Lol
Has Nick got embarrassed about picking up his pay check or does he see the writing on the wall ?
Landau was sued around two years ago for $2.5M. I don't think he's been jugged yet but should have been. His assets were frozen by the Australian Court for his underhand/Illegal actions, so it was alleged. Buy now, the should have done more with the guy and put him somewhere he can't do much harm for the next 7 years?

Just another 4 billions of confetti to be throwing around.
The fat lady is on stage singing ( I just died in your arm's tonight )
Yes that's right 4 foo-king billions more Dilution!!!
On a positive note theirs enough of these in circulation to give every man woman and sprogg in WALES 250k shares a piece....never mind.
Ps...I said years ago they would of had more chance planting olive groves
You all laughed at me....well your not laughing now are you.
Well said
Sadly one of many companys on here ruined by crooked and in the case of RRL now convicted and sentenced CEO, namely Landau, once he had finished stripping RRL of all of its money, along with the classic at the time pump and dump crew RRL never really stood a chance, this is just a jolly to the Caribbean now for those that run it, plenty more of these skeleton companys littering AIM, in fact too many to mention, suffice to say there is a quite a large number of people making a living out of supposedly running bankrupt firms to all intents and purposes except in name
This seems to have become a vehicle for paying a few a nice wage. It’s a write- off....
its a drop in the ocean really given how many shares are in issue. lol
Here comes a blizzard of confetti.
4 billion share issue likely, per rns
572 average bopd for qtr
2.9m cash in bank
C.1m net cash outflow for qtr
220k paid to directors in period
Estimated cash outflows for next qtr at 2.95m is still about 20% higher at the previous qtr inflows,
So I'd expect another half mill net outflow next qtr
I agree on it was even worse when Landau was in charge. ....my opinion after 20 years in aim market and somehow surviving but with great difficulty is that unless you become a great stock picker, get your timing right and get ready to cut a loss quickly you have no chance of surviving in this game at all. .. it's just to crippling without the experience and I think these lifestyle companies should not be on the market in the first place. ..as far as investers making 100% in front most of these will have bought at higher and much higher price so the benefits are not much if anything for most. ..rrl would have to go up massively from here for any real benefits. ... sticking up for a company that has lost investers money over a 7 period is wrong.just because it's gone up recently. ..as you say it will probably go back down.
Of course we all have to take responsibility for the risks we take also and learning to cut a loss is vital on aim before it gets out of hand. ..however in the case of rrl and others stocks it's ridiculous that the company is allowed to continue on aim for 7 years increasing loads of losses. ... lifestyle companies should be shut down from aim and kicked off the market once it is clear it's all about wages and not share price. There is far too many losses on aim now and therefore something should be done. ..it won't of course but the market has turned into 99% chance of a big loss which gets the question? Why bother. .... it's a dream but far to much money is getting lost on aim with little gain....
Take last year. ...most aim stocks went down alot in bear market but none of the companies came out with we know of no reason for the drop even though the good went down with the bad. ..they don't even attempt to stop the rot or at least try to...... as long as they are paid there wages they are not bothered about share price which is why many of these companies should not be allowed on stock market or if not ordinary investers should not be allowed to put in hard earned money in these stocks. Of course that will not happen and the cycle will continue. Regulation requirements are a joke on aim because the market is rigged and corrupt. .. it's totally the opposite on main market.
Loads of these aim companies are dodgy and everybody on this and many other aim stocks have lost all there money while paying really good wages and benefits to the management for many years....all rules are thrown out the window with these stocks when many have a share price fall or rise just before an rns and nothing is done about it. Insider dealing is rife on aim which makes regulations stupid on aim. ..let's face it this may be knackered anyway and so a small rise at the end should not be stopped because the management follow the rules when most times they don't. .they never seem to say anything when share price is going down which has been most of the time over 7 years.
if you want my opinion i would stay out of this share, look at all the trades, they are nearly all small which to me indicates a mms trap to get the unwary spiked. all imo
So it's alright for the share price to drop from 24p to: 0.05 in 7 years but a bit of a rise they try to stop the share from rising. ..no one should buy this stock and you should be extremely angry. Utter disbelief , stop buying these shares and stop paying there wages.
Totally agree ... does any one by this carp ?
So the company issues a statement noting no reason for the share price rise after all the losses over 7 years. Just unbelievable. ..how these companies are allowed on stock markets for ordinary investers to buy is appalling. ... total rubbish and even any rise has normally a big spread.
20 December RNS: 'The shares will be issued at the volume weighted average price (VWAP) on the Australian Stock Exchange for the 90-day trading period prior to the date of issue. Based on the current 90-day VWAP this would result in the issuance of 1,684,140,384 shares however, the final number of shares to be issued will vary based on the applicable 90-day VWAP at the date of issuance. '
So the higher the sp, the lower the number of shares to be issued. Good reason for a rise?
From 24p to this .
