Looks like the last few PI's not wanting to hold or unable to hold in their ISA funds are bailing out judging by all the small trades going through. I'm personally looking forward to an IPO of Redx in the US within the next 12 months at many multiples of today's ridiculously low valuation. How man AIM companies at £25 million valuation have signed a deal with a major pharmaceutical company for potentially $870 million. JMO Adyor
Price unpredictable these last sessions, especially if more big buying emerges.
BTW, what do people think is the probability of success for the RXC007 Phase 2 trial that's meant to be concluding within the next two months or so?
Looks like they're listing Everything as a sell
Tang and other US investors know where this is heading after the delisting. The company has already stated that Residency will not be in the UK, so it's moving to USA, the big shareholders will be happy to see this IPO'd in US for many multiples of today's SP imho. Director loaded up three times since announcement of delisting. The Tang TR1 just shows was US investors think of this and with the $870 million Jazz Pharma deal signed recently I think the future could be bright staying the course here. JMO Adyor!
The recent big buyer was Tang. If they or someone like them start that again, price will rise. But at this precise moment, it feels like it's mainly trickle of sells going through by people who presumably can't/don't want to hold this anymore due to delisting.
26.6,% spread
My 7040 top up went through as a sell.Mms are at it again no wonder companies are leaving A Ì M
Buyer loading in the background. Need to take this past 30p plus for them to buy.
Seems like Tang could easily afford to buy REDX outright. Even if they end up having to pay multiples of current SP for much of the shares.
After hours TR1 showing Tang Capital have bought just over 3% of Redx. This is the same Tang Capital that effectively scuppered Redx's RTO onto NASDAQ via the acquisition of Jounce.
