What price does share have to rise to before you break even? In my case £100. I currently own 6 shares.
Placing or resourced based lending 6 mill in assets for lending market cap only 1.5 mill under valued 3 bags from here on news only 88 mill shares now, it's a hold till long awaited news
I don’t know if I will I ever recover my £60k loss from this fu...ing company but I just hope I don’t have to visit this cu..ts in their office. The pig f..er can’t run a company he should be behind the jail for misleading investors. What the f.. happen to his Spain project?
Dick Turpin just passed by and robbed us
That will be the next thing put out more shares and reduce the value even further.
I don't think the consolidation is quite finished yet as I'm not able to see any changes in my accounts
I’m had 14 millions before Consolidation but now I’m only holding 560000. If we divide 14 million to 21 I should have 666000? So what happen to my 166000 shares ? Any help here guys
Perspective
- there is no doubt the SP has been a disaster over the last 24 months and fallen well below what anyone would have expected during this time.
However don't write off this company just yet as you have to look at what assets it has in play :
In Spain - El Romeral & Tesorillo (update to come)
In Romainia - Gas producing and expansion plans
In Italy - Selva ( update to come)
Some of the update delays have been well beyond PXOG's control which hasn't helped.
Then ask yourself :
Why would Simon Chantler buy in with over £100,000 - all may not be as it seems on the face of things here.
The consolidation will make pxog more attractive to bigger players and easier to get finance going forward - I am looking forward to the next 6 months ......
I think when 90% of the people are bearish on a stock, that's a strong sign to be bullish on it. I decided to add more at 0.08, let's see what happens in the coming months.
When investing in a company you need to base your decision on trusting the management. I did with PXOG and in 3 years since: I bought PXOG in January 2017 for 0.80 it is now 0.080. Yes, you read right. This share price has only gone 1 way and that is backwards hugely. I have averaged down over the past 3 years on the back of Bill Smith and Ed Dawson's comments about the mcap being undervalued but actually all along its been jam tomorrow with a share price now down from 0.80 to 0.080. That is a massive decrease and certainly does not represent ANOTHER year of MAJOR progress. It represents another year of disaster for shareholders. Don't say you haven't been warned. I have had nothing but a negative experience of pxog as 0.80 to 0.080 illustrates. DYOR and good luck. Brighty.
Could of voted Billy trigger Smith out but in for 3 more years
Agreed, but I think it was a given that the company was always going to need more money raised to fund some of the additional work. If this money is spent growing the asset base or paying for drilling/licenses etc. then it should be growing the value of the company which I don't mind so much. But yeah you're right, the longer things get delayed, the more gets spent on salaries while waiting for material income, which isn't ideal. Would be really nice to see some more information on finances and preojections, particularly thinking about El Romeral, which given the transfer date will need to be accounted for in the 2019 financial results (and hasnt been so far - there should be income from this)
It does change a lot mate. Because he need to raise more money to get his wages he doesn’t deserve and each time new shares come to market value of your money will go down. Let’s say if we have 300 millions share in issue after constellation he will issue another 50 or 100 million to raise money so each time this happen you will have more shares and share price will go Down then you have no value left
Not with the same management
I am really hoping the fundamentals of the company will eventually come good. At the end of the day the company has a wide array of assets (a lot of which are derisked) and an extremely low market cap. I think the timelines are the main stalling point (and yes, some slicker and more frequent PR would be very welcome too - I definitely don't see this as a lifestyle share like some have claimed). Definitely frustrating at the moment but a reminder that beyond the inevitable (COVID-related) delays there hasn't really been any bad news (coming from the perspective that the share consolidation does not change any of the companies fundamentals).
