Willec I admire your optimism but not every director of an AIM company with a big shareholding gets a big return. Have you seen what happened at MORE? It’s chaired by the guy NB has chosen to join him to be the other half of the PLMO board. Their first six months as a cash shell didn’t get curtailed by a boardroom battle, they couldn’t find a suitable candidate for an RTO, so have delisted and moved to NEX. I think they trade at around half cash value. Equivalent for PLMO would be way below the current price. I don’t want to believe things can be that bad for us here (and maybe MORE will be great in the long run) but it’s got to be in the range of possible outcomes. I’ve sold down my PLMO heavily for that reason - once bitten twice shy.
Why would anyone want to sell if NB is so heavily invested. Don't fall for MMs games, my plan is if they what to drop the price buy more. With NB so heavily invested who on earth would sell on the drops when an RTO is going to happen before 08/09/2018. Are we guliable enough to sell on MMs tricks when we know what is coming next - ie. RTO. After the RTO the sp could well be 5p - 10p if not more. NB is not going to go for a bad deal if he is that heavily invested as he will want a substantial return on his money also.
all you can do is now hold for the rto and NB is so heavily invested here he is defo going to do a rto.
4unme, how can you class it as a ramp. Mms dropped it on minimal sells.
Market mechanics inwould say, rather than you're pathetic small minded accusations.
Get a life moron
@laptop1515 was ramping this share on twitter . I hope no one got caught in here.
wlleec - aim uk is a very toxic environment, I also don't see reason why this SP going down...ok... last RNS wasn't gr8 but I believe good news are ahead of us, potentially 2p on the horizon.
End of july imo
The MMs are making the most of this over the last few days 1.1p to 0.85p in days (22% fall). This is mad with little volume also. How long will this go on for???
and its in trouble as per post below. i think a Virtual Reality thing would do really well. like EVRH VRE
Impossible to say. Given Oyster are worth about £3m at the moment and appear to be in default on one loan note with another due imminently, I'd say they're looking a pretty unexciting candidate for a reverse.
What value would Oyster plc add to PLMO and with the extra MC want would the sp be?
74 days (10 4/7 weeks) to go until dealine day. Will a RTO be done in time??? The countdown begins.
even if nb didnt have them involved. hes the sort of guy that could get them involved
I see Neil Scott has just bought another 1.59%? Got to be something coming?
It’s only speculation that it’s oyster he may have already had someone else lined up. Just seems very strange him investing before he took over, was this his plan from the beginning. Then upping his stakes higher than the placing when he got on the board.
I don't want to always be the miserable one here but surely eg PIRI is a much better shell, in that there isn't the time pressure, there's no involvement from Mr Treacey (have you looked at MORE recently?) and the valuation is supported by decent assets.
However, as I've said before, I don't really get why Oyster would come to AIM via a reverse. Compared to a private company this would have to be a takeover of a quoted company, given the existing Oyster listing in Canada. Surely the existing Oyster would just file an admission document and list, rather than going through the faff of an overseas takeover?
Thanks Goodshare, yes Nigel looks like he's getting ready to pull something off just have to wait and see :) cant be to far away
NB will be looking for a good return on his investment could be 5 bagger upwards depending on RTO deal.
If it’s Oyster they will need some funds the assets on paper are good so would expect some big player to do a JV with them. Clutching at straws as NB is giving nothing away. The good thing for PLMO is the shell is clean now, so very inviting.
Got a small holding here, what sort of share price we looking at if Oyster reverse into here? Thinking of topping up now things are progressing...thanks
I don’t see Oyster being a bad bet. With the Madagascar assets and NB having a very close contact with Aibel. This could be very lucrative. We will have to wait and see, he is keeping his cards very Close to his chest.
For aim listing. Polemos is an ideal candidate
Agree GS, its a clean shell move to next stage.
There are no cobwebs left in the cupboard now. All concentration will be on RTO that he had already been working towards.
I guess they have done a clean sweep to clear the decks.
