Nicholas Nelson just turned up as 63% shareholder.....Sulnox?
and the rns lands.6 months to wait and see if phm get relisted or my 1m holding disappears.
I'm literally thinking about doing that too!
Not a good rns, but They have a board of directors that focuses on putting so much negativity into every rns that it always overshoots the downside.
HUR has for a long time been an institutional short sellers paradise, The shorters make too much money trading it, but it’s always bounced in the past might just take a week or two, of course this might be the time it doesn’t, you can only deflate a ball so far before it stops bouncing.
Fair enough, I haven't read the RNS at HUR but it doesn't look pretty. Thoughts?
I can ask on here as there is no one else around :-)
I cashed in and put it in HUR @3p, I consider that opportunity to good to pass.
No large sell off here today. They are still willing to buy up stock from you, still think something is in the works.
:-)
or do we cash in our chips and take the hit?
He's not going to get rid of them all in 3.5 hours. What will the afternoon bring?
Just one for the believers, we had a 1 code trade ;)
Today is the final day, it will suspend 0730 Monday I believe.
Is this the last day of trading before suspension or is it Monday?
Fingers crossed It’s blue before finish :)
Still Able to get sell quotes.
Situation is more complex then a simple good or bad.
Blue finish....
The word "BAD" would have been fine!
and Ali Mortazavi (being in pharma) selling makes sense if they are moving away from the pharma plan.
Gut says im stupid for taking the risk and i know the potential 6 months will be extremely irritating but i have never seen >75% of a company owned by 6 people (26,044,800 of the 34,400,481 total share issue) so it intrigues me.
When i read :
"Since that time the Board has been looking to source an acquisition or acquisitions which would constitute a reverse takeover under the Aim Rules and the directors have identified and had early stage discussions with a number of potential candidates. As part of an update to the market on 7 May 2020, the Board was of the view that, even in the current environment, there were potential acquisition opportunities in the technology and life sciences sectors in particular and had decided to focus efforts initially in these two areas. Since then the Board has also been introduced to companies in other sectors which were believed had some merit. As a result, the Board has now decided not to limit our search to these two specific sectors. "
It makes me that think they have possibly found something better over the original plan.
End of the day Its just a gamble, nothing more.
Might be something, might be nothing.
You've been a member since 2014 so what is your gut feeling/saying?
it was 17p when it relisted and any of the listed parties could have sold some stock at 5-10p plus for months, but they didn't and kept the price too high the whole time, i have a gut feeling they have something planned.
Hopefully it rises because if it goes lower as in 0.70p then it will get interesting!
DYOR GLA
im exposed to £2k and own 1% of the company, pretty sure ill be ok.
besides Spending some time here as a distraction with little risk has made me more by not trading other stocks im in.
ill probably sell half again if it goes stupid, ive seen many last day rallies (and drops) in the past but this one is pretty unique in the market at the moment, price wise atleast in my mind, so im willing to see how it goes.
the set up is just to clean for nothing to happen.

Well as I was always told as a young lad, if you commit , don’t show weakness, hold firm and when the opportunity presents itself, seize the moment, enjoy the rewards (or wait 6 months) and then enjoy the rewards.
Decision time tomorrow.
lots of tears.
i have no idea if they are of Joy or sadness.
Thoughts on tomorrow?
quite common for large trades to be printed after the order has been filled.
i had the excel file up as i was looking through it anyway so just thought id put them on the bottom to give an idea on prices paid around that printed time, it could still be a sell, either way its been filled.
