Is it going to test 400 again?
Any ideas why?
So much for the 1 share myth! 😀
Possible rns locked as just seen a one share buy just go through.
No RNS on this deal with Correos? https://www.leaprate.com/payments/spains-correos-selects-paysafe-drive-e-commerce-payments/
Surely it makes sense to announce news before the AGM for ratification at that meeting, rather than call an extraordinary meeting... and Joel needs to drown out his pay raise moans...
looks good for next leg up next week - finished strong on low volumes which I read as a good sign GLA
would be back if share price drop to 40s
@smart_inv , I think it all looks good - clearly news of M&A will propel but at 460p sp has been showing good consolidation and support and we remain firmly in that upward channel - like Moorhey says - sit tight and play the long game p it will get rewarded.
There is not enough liquidity in my opinion, hence the fluctuations. Sit tight and play the long game.
I think paysafe is losing steam in absence of any news. Wolfhound ?
Tech, tech n more tech?......yes please. Served by the best brains in India? ...oooh go on then. http://m.thehindubusinessline.com/info-tech/paysafe-hosts-fintech-hackathon-in-hyderabad/article9593967.ece
Welcome on board Tim. Let's do this..... http://www.cio.com.au/article/615346/tim-thurman-new-cdo-paysafe-group/
So I work that out at £3m extra profit for JL Interesting that the loan was due to mature anyway having finished its 3 yr fixed term but JL signed an "irrevocable undertaking" to let market know his intent to repay the loan and get back his shares - sounds like a pre-requisite to a deal being signed to me - with JL taking the CEO role in the merged business. And why sign mid-day on a Friday - is that to allow for final "negotiations" over the weekend are we due news over the weekend/ early next week I wonder ?
Great news re JL repaying loan and reclaiming shares - due to take effect on 19 April, wonder if something might be in the offing - neither he nor CFO sold any of their LTIP shares this time round Watch this space - I think she is gonna blow - very strong feeling we may see news before April end - perhaps sooner.
Increased their holding by 300K+ in shares - @13 Feb they were reported to have 48,029,282 ( see PAYS website under large investors) certainly looking like we are about to break-out into new highs over the coming days - perhaps that "airplane" on the run-way has been given permission for take off - next few days will tell alot
See there was a TR1 notification today. Is it about Fidelity? Did they increase holding or did they make a first move in to pays today? What a great few days it's been!
@Technie - if my reading of the charts are right it looks like we had a bullish hammer candlestick on the 455p level with double normal trading volumes today - any thoughts ?
@GS - bit of Friday banter - why not Over on another BB there has been speculation as to who might be the target here is the starters for 10 - no particular order: 1. Sage US payments - pole position 2. Worldpay/Wirecard/Ingenico Merger - PAYS as junior 3.Vantiv 4.PYMT 5. etc........ Safecharge - I can't see it - hardly bold, and doesn't do what PAYS needs - which is to extend the wallet beyond gambling - that will re-rate the sp in a massive way. enjoy the weekend - remember every monday could start with some news - just a matter of time GLA Wolf
@wolf - Friday afternoon funtime ref your " Acquisition "well down the runway" - $70-$100 mn EBITDA and capacity of $1bn debt funding" Who are the targets? Your starter for 10. To me the obvious one is Safecharge although it does not (quite) fit the EBITDA range as its guidance for this year - due in a few days ought to be for $50m+ so it may not be far out. One huge shareholder who is effectively locked in and may be very happy to take PAYS paper if he believes its' only way is up. A whole bunch of synergies a la Skrill. A pile of cash the vendor could keep etc Any advance? GS
3 month graph looks perfect, it don't get better than that. GLA
feels like we won't have long to wait to new highs
Hope its right, got a large position on here. GLA
At last, AEK starts to move. Down 0.35% on the 13th.
...typo correction.......... OTC trade was on the 8th
