Volumes have historically been about 50% higher on TSX than on AIM but that was before things went nuts on AIM of course. I don't make share price predictions but we are currently trading at less than 30% projected current assets if the deal goes through.
At the moment is 3 CAD = approx 1.60 so a total bargain at these levels,
Lol won't drop. It's already pulled back. Be good to get tomorrow out the way so we can start picking up and retest 2.50 (CAD equivalent) Agree re liquidity, can only be a good thing Good luck
Last day tomorrow I think it is going to be carnage. MMs will drop massively I will scoop as many as I can Who wants to buy a tenner for a fiver.....
Looks like the liquidity in TSX will increase once AIM shares are transferred?
For once HL seems to excel at something lol. Was so simply about eight years ago, just had a look online at HL and doesn't seem to have changed much in terms of process.
Spoke at length to td this morning. Osu are also trading in Germany and USA but biggest market is Canada They have 180ish million shares globally. Moving them from one exchange to another is possible, you simply instruct your broker. The number of shares in the company will not increase. If people do nothing, shares remain in their account with a nil value as technically that is what they are worth until you ask your broker to put them on a live market. Doing nothing simply reduces the free float, and benefits the holders in TSX Takes one email to arrange the transfer and a few for the exchange to accept them. You can then sell if required and transfer your Canadian dollars back to sterling and withdraw with a few days.
That's very true survey, just meant as in if TSE is priced higher at point of delist you may get a few extras that's all. Let us know how it goes
I can of course wait for international trader account to be set up and buy on TSE and not have the ? posted below.
- the existing listing of the Company's shares on TSX will continue to provide all shareholders with a comparable dealing facilities to enable trading in the future. I've been with Barclays before and been in a similar circumstance and all they did is transfer to an international account. Was much the same as normal trading with no issues. Bear in mind TSX is priced higher comparatively atm
They can't sell them at a loss, they are par value to TSE.
Im currently setting up an international trader account with Barclays. Were i to re buy the shares between now and 11th. BARCLAYS have advised the shares will either be sold or transferred to international trader account. Werent able to advise which will happen as yet. Obviously im not going to buy to then have them sold if that option is only one. So small voice of caution from me depending on who you trade with! Bit annoying as i wanted to come back in this morning.
Good bounce and looks steady, should hopefully pick up from here and retest 2.50p into 3.50
Then onwards and upwards. Off to walk the mutt and some lunch, enjoy playing with the children lol. Extremely undervalued :)
Hello mate. Yes brought back up pretty quickly. Can't wait for 11th to pass so we can start realising value here.
Nice one DG, yes they talk about this one an tip this on on sharepickers podcast 455 about 38 mins in http://www.sharepickers.com
Dear N... OSU let shareholders know approx a month ago that the LSE listing would cease. If anyone chose to sit with finger up "nose" and not find out implications for themselves then they really shouldn't be investing / trading these stocks anyway! I have no experience of trading non LSE stocks before now, but the transfer to a broker who does support TSX (HL in my case) couldn't have been easier to do ... and if I can do it, anyone can! So I don't think people should be put off with a little inconvenience... This stock presents (with the usual risk caveat) a great opportunity at this level ...and I'm not a ramper ! Been trading it successfully (ish) for three years and though slow at times, has been one of my most successful mining stocks... IMHO. miss G
Bettsy thanks for confirming, they know this, just bitter investors following me from another board due to a post I've made. Wouldn't worry. Hopefully admin will deal with them
I think someone else has already suggested. Ask your broker for a 100% truthful answer on this. I can confirm I asked HL today about costs and implications and there are none. So all this talk of extra hassle will depend on your broker, but I would have thought a decent number of you are with HL and therefore shouldn't be overly concerned.
The GSR rampers are here in retaliation. Not at all, no concerns about delisting lol Look forward to it. And it's not my fault you have never invested in other exchanges and yet feel competent to comment. Keep going ;) No de ramping will make odds here.
Oh not to add the costs we save being on TSX. As you clearly don't know we are dual listed at this time. Undervalued three times over. This will realise value whether today tomorrow or next week, once on TSX where it's at a premium to today's price it will fly. Nice try bye bye
No negatives at all, it's the same process as anyone wishing to trade stock on aim, you'd have to fill out forms and get an account. I'm with HL, already trade international stocks and all I had to do is fill in a simple tick box form. Negatives LOL SELL QUICKLY? do you know the size of the TSX exchange LOL I'll post where I like, you keep going mate. Disappointed in your behaviour and misleading info.
So clueless, just lol. Valued three times under where we should be with sound reason and you come on here talking about trading on TSX which is well known. Please.
No need to as I don't see any negatives in it, it's well known and for people to do their research. As for delisting and trading on TSX it's cost efficient and discussed before you came on as retaliation. Why don't you post about the placing that's about to happen on your stock?
if concerned about what happens to your AIM OSU stock once AIM OSU gets delisted. Ask them if there are any additional costs to do a cross transfer to the TSX exchange to continue trading.
