Yes lah0re you were right. Strange thing is what was presumably the buy trade was showing up at 0.155 instead of 0.165 as in the rns, which is what made it look like a sell.
I believe even the 2 trades today at 15.00 are similar trades, probably done by another director, both are £16.45K.
Well, it’s encouraging to know that Peter Schwarz has faith in the company long term.
lah0re
you were correct, director done a bed & isa.
Lol.
All this take of breakfast is making me hungry...
Could in theory be a bed and ISA. Still doesn't add up for the other reasons given.
Shouldn't think so. B & B was banned for tax saving purposes in 1998. Need a 30 day gap between selling and buying for that to be allowed. Anyway the trades are too low for any to be buys. Some are negative which usually means a trade has been cancelled or is invalid, although some dont match exactly
There may be some who think that these 6 trades were sells, I would like you to know that these are not sells. they appear to be B&B trades by some savvy investors. Take note, each time it is for £16.45K, someone has realized the losses and has started fresh at a low price. The total cost of the whole exercise is only a loss of about 5,000 shares.
