Hi Conger. They have said they are going to raise. Don't know if that will be enough. Atb.
VF ....amazes me you put that detail on the board and it just gets pushed aside and clogged up by all sorts of crap. Anyway watch the volume it will be key in next 24/48 hrs. No smoke without fire and all that.
hi Gordon, I hold that i don't think they have the cash position to do test production themselves.
What happens if the77H test hits issues, they need longer to do it and to tweak the methods, it could be a real killer, no JV no cash and more work needed with funder getting jittery. I think the JV will be earlier rather than later to de-risk and pacify investors, as it is a guaranteed win for the share price.
Jasper has already given information or are people just swiping past it.. ;-)
So what did you hear Mosquod?
Did you hear from a friend of a friends granny?
Not need for ramping, news will come with GOI approval then start of production. Might take a few more weeks or months but it will come eventually. Patience is key here.
I think the 6months t mentioned in RNS is expiring this week.
Now meeting is going on and we might get confirmation before Friday!!
True gordon.
Once production started and increased then will be good time to negotiate with new partner.
Conger. I used to think jv would follow hot on the heels of approval but now think they may wait for the results of trying the new fracking methodology on 77h. If successful they would get a much better deal. Atb.
JV after ratification??
Or production starting??
Ratification.
Production starting.
Production increased with new technology.
JV!!
Could be JV next??
Which i think begs the question what does it hit with a new JV announcement, which could follow rapidly after GOI approval, which i think would be the last barrier to getting a new JV partner?
Answered the question before you asked it. Lol.
You keep closer eye on dates than me Gordon was the 18% dilution announced before the .50 day peak?
I think is was so priced in.
Conger. The last dilution of around 18 % was after the 0.5 intra day peak. On the other hand as you say the rise in prices since then may cancel out the effect of that. Great news that it looks like it is coming before the next dilution. Atb. Gla.
I wouldn’t cancel Christmas just yet - atb
Thanks Jasper. Excellent news. Atb.
I still hold that the GOI approval will push this over up to .75p on the news.
The logic being news of the deal got us to over .50p with out GOI approval, since then GAS and Oil prices have risen a lot and I think I right in saying there has been no dilution of shares since that was not announced then.
So GOI approval is just a repeat of the deal announcement with the last barrier gone.
Thanks jasper.
Towzer,rumour is that,some meeting has started………..
Great information sharing Jasper, fingers crossed they have the dates right as this has painful to watch.
Morning everyone, there is a lot of talk and nervousness around what is happening currently so I thought I would just share what I know. OEX are hopeful that GOI approval will be received around the 15th December. This is what has been indicated to them from their in country manager. The board are as keen as us investors to have this ratification finalised so that they can continue with their development plans, per the recent RNS's. Hopefully we get an update this week, and that is rhetoric directly from our CEO. Stay positive and have patience.
Hi Maqsood,
can you share what you have heard that is good news.
Towzer
Heard some good stuff today.
Could be only last few days to top up now.
Wait for a jump in sp here anytime, could be today or tomorrow??
Patience is key. Probably the last few weeks to get in at this price and for those lucky enough to top up good chance to get their average down.
Yep, agree Gordon it’s taking time. We have however had announcement of well mgt, so while ratification is taking time they are doing as they said, “preparing as best they can” in parallel. Let’s see, if timelines slip will need to re-assess situation. No question, rewind a year or so expectations were we would be further along by now.
Espen, you are right, in the update on 17th September they said this.
"In anticipation of the Government of India's (GoI) ratification of the Acquisition, the Company is advancing the various steps needed to recommence production from two wells (C-73 and C-77H); a further update will follow soon. The Company is also planning to workover and re-complete C-77H to boost production in early 2022."
However, that was almost 3 months ago, when it seems they were expecting approval imminently. I guess we could hope that if approval dropped soon they would be ready to go pretty quick. Atb.
