i think this time the deal is done
Deal done at £142m by the sounds...
All depends on how competitive the bidding process is I guess... Stock trading quite tight today at pretty big volume so maybe this is the lower bound... I can't see the price being below £1.60 so I'm quite happy continuing to sit on this for now...
thanks wahgu...When do you think it will be completed if accepted? Expecting price to spike if/when it does
The two who have already provided cash offers are the serious bidders. My money is on Integrafin who have a track record of acquiring businesses over the last 5 or so years. My guess is the offer will be around £1.75-£1.85.
Any thoughts.....hold or cut loose???Bidders seem to be dropping off...
Ahh bid situation.....
well done if you've been in for the long term.... Whets holding it back though????
:) as predicted
Happy shareholder
A lot of support at £2...will we see this move over £2 today do you think?????
Judging by the market's reaction with the share price closing today at a mid-price of 185p, coupled with the presence and active involvement of majority shareholder Sanlam, coupled with NUC's flotation price a couple of years ago, I imagine that its shareholders will be disappointed to be offered anything south of 220p and may well be looking for appreciably more.
I should had more faith in NUC ,they are looking after my pension as i have said before .
offer could be 180p to 220p , who knows

Well I have read todays results. Reads like they have weathered COVID19 extremely well. So it should see a decent lift in price today.
Despite the impact of Covid-19 on market volatility, the Company has continued to grow AUA, which stood at £15.8bn as at 30 June 2020, up 13.1% on the previous quarter and 3.2% year-on-year. By comparison, the FTSE All-Share Index increased 9.8% on the last quarter and fell by 15.9% year-on-year.
This share just cant find any support. No issues with underlying business. Definitely see this getting bought out at these levels.
i should have bought some more after the results.
looks like the price is settling down for now, NUC is looking after my pension fund .
