Guys I'm not invested, never have been and have no intention of doing. Normally I wouldn't comment but I'd hate to see a bloodbath on a share that rose so much. In my opinion I would recommend taking the share price at close of business yesterday and multiplying it by the number of shares in issue. Write this figure down... Then take the number of warrants to be exercised from the RNS and multiply it by the warrant price ie 1p. Add this figure to the one you've written down to calculate a value after the warrants are issued. This number is a calculation of the market cap. Now take the number of shares in issue and add the number of warrants to be exercised and divide the market cap you've just calculated by this and that will give you an indication of where the share price should lie after the warrants, it's not pretty. All in my opinion of course and do your own research blah blah but that is how many people including myself calculate these things. Good luck guys. Over and out
dont if i should get in here but take a look at ROSE PETROLEUM invovled in shale oil and gas,
Had my fun yesterday... By the directors past this is not surprising! Be wary and go all!
Hope many are so I'm just gona to top up at the bottom and wait for some more happy days .
You've seen the bit where they pay for the £1m by issuing x4 current shares? Take your profit --or at least take your buy in-- before fooking chan draws down.
I think we might be ok but normally wrong . It'll move quick in both directions but once people see an in it will fly again. Imo
why is everyone selling? : (
Looks like a top up maybe looking good fingers crossed. Moves so QUICK!!
That's not deramping that's fact... The warrants would nearly double the shares in issue and they're at less than half the current share price. Stop misleading investors!
ask
Looks like many has missed a entry here derampers taking over!....there was a 1 mill buy at closing yesterday! GL
This is called corruption.......
Sorry I did not get in yesterday ( 1.6 ). I would have outed at 3. Will be interesting to watch today, down early then back to ?? Best luck.
Yeah good move trade. I wish I'd been able to short it...having missed the leg up. Once a share has risen 600% in a matter of days on AIM , it is not staying at that level...I feel sorry for newbies when this sort of thing happens and they follow dillusional posters on the BB's.
Director should pay same price as market why discount to director. 1p what a bargain and he might sell back to market again. GLA
Ouch, just read myself. Will be interesting to see how today pans out. GL
You're absolutely insane if you think that's good news.... Click on fundamentals and look at how many shares are currently in issue. Now read the RNS, warrants = dilution, compare the number of warrants vs the size of the company currently, that's a BIG percentage, now compare the current share price to the price of the warrants.... 1p. Why do you think they've done it? It doesn't take a rocket scientist. All in my opinion of course and I wish you the best of luck but be very careful after yesterday's rise
That news could be taking the price back down near 1p . . just be careful
21 January 2014 NOVA RESOURCES LIMITED Director Dealing ("Nova" or the "Company") Nova has been advised that Shine Link Limited (a British Virgin Island incorporated company owned and controlled by Chan Fook Meng, the Chairman and CEO of the Company) has increased its interest in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). On 21 January 2014, Shine Link Limited ("Shine Link") acquired: a) 112,450,000 existing warrants, which are exercisable into new Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 1p per warrant until 31 December 2018, which were purchased at a price of 0.01p per warrant; and b) GBP18,000 zero % existing unsecured convertible loan notes (the "Notes") issued by the Company, which were purchased for a total consideration of GBP18,000. Shine Link has the right, but not the obligation, at any time to convert part of, or the whole of, the principal amount outstanding under the Notes into new Ordinary Shares, at a conversion rate of 1p for each Ordinary Share. The Company also received a notice on 21 January 2014 from Shine Link to convert the entire principal amount outstanding under the Notes, in addition to a notice for the exercise of warrants over 3,500,000 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, the Company will issue a total of 5,300,000 Ordinary Shares to Shine Link. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the above 5,300,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will be effective and trading will commence at 8:00 am on 27 January 2014. Having issued and allotted a total of 5,300,000 Ordinary Shares to Shine Link, Chan Fook Meng now has a total indirect beneficial interest in 60,300,000 Ordinary Shares in Nova, representing 31.76% of Nova's total issued ordinary share capital. Following today's acquisition of warrants and exercise of warrants, Chan Fook Meng now has an interest in warrants and options to acquire a further 193,450,000 Ordinary Shares in Nova. If the said warrants and options are exercised, and no other warrants nor options nor other convertible securities are exercised, Mr Chan would then have an interest in a total of 253,750,000 Ordinary Shares in Nova, representing 66.20% of Nova's then enlarged total issued ordinary share capital. Additionally, Nova announces that it has entered into an agreement with NAS Corporate Services Ltd (the "NAS Agreement") under which it is to pay, for services to be rendered, cash and a total of up to 15,000,000 warrants, of which 5,000,000 warrants each shall vest on or before 15 January 2014, 15 January 2015 and 15 January 2016. The warrants that are to be issued to NAS Corporate Services Ltd will only vest on the said dates if the NAS Agreement is still in force at that point in time. The warrants are exercisable into new Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 1p per warrant until 31 December 2018. The ex
