Lost thousands to these crooks. Never again.
Me too. Unless they issue a golden ticket rns in the 10 days afters consolidation to get the average sp to a reaonable value this should be post consolidation 0.08p×1000(consolidation)×0.2(dilution)=16p or 0.016p in old money right?
It’ll be a big problem if the zillion of shares (in your words) are not subscribed to at anything under 99%! So we have no option but to accept the 80% discounted dilution for this latest (& hopefully last) tranche of funding. The Company needs money to continue, end of! As for the share consolidation it will not affect your shareholding value as long as you hold the minimum qty of 1,000 shares. No need to vote against this, by voting no you, me and everyone else will lose everything!
I am out reverse split is going too be wash out for shareholders
You can vote against resolution 1 & 2, also on the monthly basis the stock will be waving up, hence the share price should reach 1p. if the stock split goes ahead your no. of shares go down by 1000 but your share price also goes up by a 1000. for example if you have 5000 shares at 1p your new shares will be 5 at a price of £10. I don't think the share price will go any higher than 10p even if you wait 10 years.
It's resolution 2 that's the problem. Zillions of new shares at 80% discount.
What makes you think the share consolidation is a problem? Why also do you think the SP will be 1p by the end of December?
Contact your trading platform and they can vote against the stock split on your behalf this is time sensitive and has to be done before Monday the 23rd of October, so we may have a chance to recoupe some of our money. as I believe this can go up to 1p by the end of December. but if the stock split happens you can kiss your money goodbye. good luck to everyone.
Hi, I wasn't sure how to go about this but I contacted my Bank. If you contact your trading platform that you purchase your shares through, and they can register your vote on your behalf. The more people who actually vote against the stock split we may have a chance to stop this stock split. It only takes 5 mins.

Hi, Does anybody know how to go about voting against the 1/1000 stock split I understand it has to be done by 4pm on the 23rd of October. bank of Scotland just sent me the link but I can't seem to understand how to do it properly. I was wondering if I post the link if somebody could have a look and explain how I would go about voting no for the stock split. Please help as I am trying to claw back some of my money. I also don't understand the placement shares and options the way the whole thing is worded also the proxy vote, next there's the resolution 1 and resolution 2 and you have to sign the form giving all your details but I'm not sure how to complete it properly as I don't know if it has to be done by crest or if I can just e-mail it or if has to be verified by somebody.

If anybody could please help explain this form and exactly how to complete it as I don't want to make any stupid mistakes like not getting it notarised or it has to be submitted in a certain way.I would also encourage everybody to vote who may not know about it.
Thank you in advance.
Lovely bogroll change rns. Can i be nominated for director cos i sure want to direct this sp upwards
Could not help but notice googles humour with the sp action today on their chart. Resembles the female genetalia between the legs hahahaha. Just me again.
... By asking that question, you can only actually want to see yet another potentially great business go under. You really should feel ashamed of yourself.

The product is out and selling well in US more to come more capital needed that all if someone can hold the lost or expect miracle after investing unfortunately that not how is work
We all understand the risks but PI's in the UK market should be given the opportunity to double down on their belief in the company. Instead a broker making fat fees pulls the rug from underneath our feet and management continue to be rewarded for non performance. Micro caps are accountable to their shareholders. At no point has Roby reached out to communicate with PI's. The guy is hopelessly out of his depth and has the personality of a snail. Let's hope institutions read this and make and funding conditional upon his removal.
Pols, they missed the covid boat, they simply fooked up. We all did too backin this horse. Trust the earths home grown i siad, trust mgc to.prove them.all wrog i sid, going to zero i said..... oh... dayum
Nothing changed in case of developing new product and selling existing one in small company's as Mgc it take few years to be profitable is normal they will raise more capital unfortunately this is the risk in investing in micro market
This Roby muppet is beyond clueless. He is just a pumped up DJ with zero pharma experience. I have lost a fortune on this stock. The economic mismanagement is huge and there is no accountability or communication with PI's. He should show some humility and offer his immediate resignation to the board and let an interim be appointed. He should also forfeit all his options. This business has a solid pipeline but if he continues as CEO this will not be the last financial emergency. There are indications of financial malpractice here and I for one feel the previous BOD and CEO have a case to answer. This is not the markets fault. This is his naivete and stupidity and he now needs to fall on his sword and ship out of London and back to Tel Aviv.
