I have bee buying /selling shares for 49 years .This will not end well for us.Please vote against all.We May lose but we can try.gl.
We are being ripped off by Mountfield Holdings. We will have no assets and no money. Why would Directors buy worthless companies?.vote against all .
Here we go....in my Inbox.
COMPANY NAME CHANGE
Mountfield Group has proposed a Name Change to U.K SPAC plc, in connection with the Company becoming an AIM Rule 15 Cash Shell.
Dates are yet to be announced.
I'm no accountant, but from the Half Year Update, 9th October, current assets and liabilities seem to wipe each other out. They are raising £3.1m plus whatever they can get for the business. They have kept Intangible assets at £6.8m so is that the value they place on goodwill/the business ? That would take the cash to £10m - there doesn't appear to be any any land and building assets. My guess is that there is a complete change of direction coming here. A change of name, an over-subscribed placing and no mention of Administration - factors that give me some optimism for the future. I am hoping for a smaller share of a much larger pie (in time). That I could live with.
Trying to ork out how much cash will be in the Bank at the end of the day. Any ideas?
Time2buy. No post from you
Co value after sale is nil so why spend to raise money. Gl
We have been shafted so no need to vote.
I will vote against as it looks like they have sold shares at below value to themselves and will use them to outvote us and we end up with nothing.
Only offering 30K online. Looking forward to some positive news in the near future.

One of the areas that MOGP specialises in is the construction of controlled environments – meaning data centres, clean rooms, and pharmaceutical buildings.
In the UK after the pandemic I'd expect to see investment and expansion of the UK pharmaceutical industry which could benefit this side of MOGP's business.
I'd also expect to see more data centres being constructed, as more companies become IT aware and need a place to securely store and run their tech.
Hopefully MOGP can benefit from these areas of growth indirectly.
Spread is far better here now
Telephone trading only.
Buy high sell low = Wide spread.gl.
Drops a bit overdone
What a silly comment for a number of reasons:
1. The stock is tightly held so spread will be wide
2. You can buy and sell within the spread
3. Does it matter if you buy at 0.6 when the bid is at 0.45 and you sell at 1.5
When buys come in then there will be a quick move and at current valuation I am happy to continue to buy at this level and reap the rewards later.
Hold because you cannot afford to sell with such a large spread.gl.
But looking at the interims again they're only interested in 'safe' contracts, ie without risk, and they're seeing less likelihood of contracts in office space when employees are more likely to work from home in the future. Not sure why they're listed tbh
