Full year results on the website. Progress for sure. Everything going up and down where needed.
No idea what happens now can anyone explain
The results may be looking more promising than before, but this offer for 'B' shares is at 0.06p whereas the open offer in early '21 was at 0.23p
It looks like the price has crashed another 75% in 18 months :(
I'm going to take advantage and purchase my max allowance of B preference shares. I didn't buy any of the last lot.
The Financials are growing and the company is looking more impressive.
Will be a great day when this re lists. I'm thinking soon. Hopefully somthing brewing.
Results look very promising now, should be in profit soon. With the funding from major holders hopefully this comes back!
0.06p offer
Full year results and open offer on the company website.
I did not but the voting results are on the website.
Did you attend? I did not get notice and only just thought to see if anything had happened recently and saw your post.
Surprised Richard Griffiths didn't buy and preference shares.
I didn't end up buying them, I put everything in N4P and it's looking very good so I'm happy with my decision. You would be able to sell when they re list, the company sells or the company becomes private which I think it may do.
Anybody bought any of these? Always puzzles me why people get interested in buying shares in a delisted company and how then would you sell these??
So are prior stocks worth 0? Have a load of the new offerings in my IB account but am unsure if they'll just switch over?
I have to ring up HL if I want to accept the offer and purchase them, I do believe it would be a wise move to do so, but will be deciding closer to the 5th Feb.
Mine are showing 0p each I'm with HL
Thats 400k shares by the way.
It's tempting because they aren't ordinary shares , they are non-redeemable preference shares, which have more pros than ordinary shares. But its weighing up whether you want more invested in the company also. I like the company so I will probably except the offer, I've only been offered 400k worth.
Just not 100% on how good the pros are.
Basically, I read the open offer as an opportunity to purchase new non-redeemable preference shares at a price of £0.0023.
Is anyone here thinking of making the purchase?
I initially got all excited thinking there was on offer to purchase our shares, or an offer for a sale of the company.
As I see it nothing really has changed regarding our ordinary shares?
Trying to contact Finster
I have some reading to do, hope this is good news.
See website
If anyone else has any more up-to-date knowledge on the company, please share. Cheers
Just people on the forum, and guesses from me. Real gamble this one.
