MIL. Yep, got in this morning, although now wondering if it was the right move...the sp. is puzzling me, although they are getting well above the bid now to sell it seems. It seems appropriate that 1 of the directors excersised his options 2 weeks ago at 1.75p...hmmm. On the face of it, it looks like a prime target.
mil Have you joined us or just watching!Cant get my head around this,at this price M.C. 11.64M IF IF IF there was a bid it would have to be considerably more tha n this ,I mean ,come on theyy had 7M+ CASH FLOW in Dec and aready made business with a good turnover and rising profits!
MIL. debbie - those buys are pretty significant, so they will surely want their money back: 13/12 - 65k @ 29.75p & 35k @ 28p 1/12 - 75k @ 26p, 75k @ 26p and 95k @26p
MIL Ther was apparently 1 t500,000 sale could be another one in the background? In the scheme of things it does still look like it should have gone (AND WILL GO) further.IMO
Has anybody any views why the price has not risen. On the trades page the whole page is green with buys all around the 11p mark but no price movement?
mil have actually now seen pr. warning 2.3.06 .Quick workout though still say why didnt they go to 40 in Dec annd pull back to 25? A nd now with bid spec?Still time to buy amazing amount of buys hasnt reallyticked up yet from just after open price!
MIL - debbie - thanks for bringing this to our attention. Looks good as a speculative buy - hopefully not too late to still piggyback on today's rise, still looks good as a takeover target as you suggest, and probable reasonable long term success if its not picked up now. I'm in too
MIL After further research it appears to to be evident why a preditor would be interested and I also think they would hae to pay considerably more!Lots of director buying between 26 and 29 in Dec,Snippets from 1 12,06 INTERIMS Profit up 48%-15m Turnover up 135%-64m (anually 120m) Cash flow 7.3m Take a look at the Market cap and imagine it was only about 8m this morning! Repeat 1 If there is a bid I dont think they will let it go cheap.2 I think they have come out from under the radar and inv will see this as a bargain anyway!
Im with debbie on this one
mil bid approach may or may not come to an offer.MK WAS 10M THIS MORNING .Turnover was 110m just paid 11 see it as a riser today
