As far as 3 buyers are concerned, you can apply "bigger fool" theory to them. Don't take my word but watch the price action tomorrow and day after.
have the last 3 buyers spent £25k and even if sell immediately lose £9k.
When it is getting delisted.
It's only natural for something to drop close to delisting as it causes major uncertainty.
The fact remains a buyout is a serious possibility and the current share price won't matter a bit if that happens.
Don’t forget. Cbuy. What happened

How long can you
You can not sell the delisted shares simple as that.
Wasn't my intention to create panic. I'm wanting to hold on to them so was just asking how I do that and still trade based on what my broker was saying. I've contacted my broker to see what options they offer.
Definitively not panicking and not trying to inject panic.
Depending on what action your broker is taking they'll either be moved into your trading account or into your own name, one way or another you will lose isa benefits once delisted (or earlier depending on when broker is taking action). This doesn't mean you lose the ability to trade, you still own the shares.
So mine are in an ISA! Does that mean I won't be able to trade it or just that it'll move out of my ISA account?
Yes, they are in an ISA so that's the issue. So just wait for certificate or sell em anyway. Only 10K shares.
Sorry, I should've mentioned that once delisted, they will be ineligible to be held within an ISA
And your broker should send you share certs...
You still own the shares so if there's something facilitating trading (in this case jenkins) or a company buyout you don't necessarily lose out.
You never get any unlisted shares certificates. Simply you lose you can’t sell
Nothing to worry about, doesn't mean you have to sell, your broker just won't let you trade through them and you'll instead hold your shares in your own name. You can transfer to another broker who supports trading through matched bargain facilities or just do it yourself (although will be easier through broker). If there is a buyout of the company it won't matter either way, you'll still receive offer price per share.
I've had similar but stopping today. Says if I don't sell then I will get a certificate of unlisted shares in my name?
Thansk @SuhailM3471 - I've been following this thread and have topped up along the way, so was keen to hang in there. Just concerned to hear that my broker is not supporting trades so early - I thought they would continue up to the end of the week. But I've not been in this position before, so all new to me.
I'll look into Jenkins - thanks.
"This is expected to become effective on 24th February 2020 at 7.00 am." according to my broker. However, I just had a notice from them saying that the last day that they will be supporting trading is tomorrow, 19th February!
I was hoping to hang it out for a few more days but not really sure what happens now! Can anyone shed any light on how I would trade if my broker is not supporting the stock but I still own the stock?
Isn't this de-listing on Monday?
Morning Suhail you seem to be doing well glad to see it can i point you to something i think you will like OSI
