MS is so eagerly ready to provide comments to reporters/journalists but not his shareholders, why??
Honestly this market reaction to Covid19 is a joke. It's just a flu! Once a vaccine is in the labs markets will be reassured for sure, but for the FTSE to drop so? utter joke.
The drop today is clearly nothing to do with LSAI.. you cannot stop the wider market influencing the share price.
Corna has the real possibility to disrupt global growth via reducing consumer demand as it spreads. This hits earnings. Which hits literally everybody.
What would really help is some statement pieces out of LSAI on that subject!
It's more that I'm hearing GDPR update in the coming months might be stricter, or applied more vigorously. That could also be rumour-mongering. I have asked some people more learned than me on the topic what that means for the market and their opinion specifically on LSAI too... I await their thoughts...
That sounded condescending which I didn't mean to be. Just being pedantic. You and others know more.
Let's not get confused here. GDPR just means data must be anonymous. What's here is an updated Google privacy policy, which will apply to Android 11, which is just a stronger form of iOS13. App developers must not make location data available if it isn't a requirement of the app. I assume this is to incentivise users to join Android from Apple after Apple's iOS13 policy update.
this is the fear... GDPR etc. means that location data will start to become very hard to generate. Not much data = not much need for verification...
A new Google policy threatens to further squeeze the location-data ad market
