Anyway the day after tomorrow we shall know everything is great or a sudden worldwide storm begins to plunge the entire planet into a new ice age
Agree, it looked like they bought in 27.03.2023 reduced 11.04.2023 so maybe they reduced again after accounts came out and it got lost during suspension process
I don’t know how this can happen if we are suspended.
Unless it’s a late notified transaction that took place before the start of the suspension notice.
Whice would be the best thing, can't say I feel comfortable with the transaction although it could mean nothing and be as simple as cash was needed
If sorted took them it would not be we would not get to know at this stage
It’s an off market transaction, those shares must have gone somewhere, maybe we’ll find out if we get another TR1 showing where they went
I think the grey market is for IPOs
Sorry over the counter trading.

I guess they can do what they want it only people like us can’t
Or under the counter trading? not so sure when suspended though.
Can they do that withoutt
No one from here

HappyRob do think they are trading on the grey market. or old trade before suspension.
Can they do that when it suspended and who would have brought it, sorted or boohoo&co
That was the trade on the 20th
5 days and counting
We will know a lot more that we do now for sure
Good sign want to be paid before share price rises
Did it about this time last year

A gift disguised as a payment for services to gain favour
So it’s neither a buy or sell not below or above share price, a payment for services just like they have been doing I would imagine that would be allowed while suspended to pay bills, less likely could be a gift
Must be an off market transaction between one party to another or maybe a ISA transfer (not sure if that is even possible with a suspended share, who knows but agree is strange almost 3% of the company
No idea but it’s strange if we are suspended.
Could be a old fashion mistake
Maybe not suspended to all someone getting in or out after hours, strange one
