Several people did but they are not interested apparently
Of course, If you actually have evidence to prove it. Rather than speculation on a bb! TP
I thought insider dealing was a criminal offence? Shouldn't somebody inform the FCA?
I was invested in Worhtington Nicholls about 12 years ago. All I can say is they ripped me off about 4K claiming to have secured Airconditioning contracts. What a load of B .."...s. Can't remember the CEOs name but he suddenly dissapped and left his son to run the business whilst driving around in a Ferarri. Compnay then went bust. Shareholders took him to court. I didn't get anything back.
I'm trying to get a good look at the mirror but still can't see it so well due to all the smoke.
If I am not mistaken some of the directors are known to GS from donkey years back of the pre evolution of KENV when the old name was Worthington Nichols,a maintenance engineering firm in Manchester....seems like they still looking after each other....having said that, perhaps this is a hint for us that the current price represent decent value, and we expect to see the start of the long awaited turned around....me hopes....GLA.
Notice have been adding ironveld too.another company of GC that share price is rock bottom.

I made a reference about people going on YouTube to watch the Giles Clarke presentation to make up there own minds about him...(personally, I think it shows him to be a liar) The post has been removed. As for Larry. He may turn it around and everyone still holding makes a packet!
Most investors r here t make money and have honest rns and t b seen making profit.all very nice t c how nice he appears t the local people.same with his other out fit ironveld.just sad his not up front and honest with investor's
1st time Ive interacted on LSE B.B. for a long time Guess no one wants info good or bad. Thought some might find it intresting about whats happened and how important as an employer African Tanalum is to the local people who work at the mine. Good luck To all invested
MrMilky - I have to ask this... Why are you endlessly regurgitating old RNS's, many of which are full of lies, in an attempt to ramp this dying company? Can't you see that the market has lost all trust and faith in the BoD, and for very good reasons?
Hi yes Caroline left in March. I got the feeling when she joined Kenv as a Director she was Warmbad investment inside woman so to speak. Making sure that everything was going in the right direction. Warmbad hold shares in Kenv as sig shareholder and they are the partner of Kenv in owning the 25% of African Tantalum-basically a trust fund for the local people who now work in the mine. Caroline held in very high regard in Namibia. Since Larry joined as CEO and taken the reigns, he came from Kemit-Big tantalum user, Im assuming Caroline was happy going back to her other interests. Facts were before they started mining they had to feed up the employees to get fit for work
MrMilky ... you appear to be going over a. lot of old RNS info. Many investors now interpret much of the last year or so of RNS info as having been largely misleading at best. So not much use really. Any clue as to why Caroline quit KENV as a director in March around peak bovine excrement output ? ... coinciding with the start of a significant amount of selling taking the SP down from around 14p to the 9p placing ?
Ok last one from me on Kenv Following a successful visit to TVM by a leading manufacturer of tantalum capacitors (the "Customer") the Company booked its first sales from its shipment to the Customer of its high grade 48% Ta205, one of the highest grades reported from Tantalum mines globally. Further purchase orders have followed the first. If you follow link you will see the grades are stunning globally. No wonder Larry Johnson CEO came from Kemit worlds largest user of Tantalum to ramp up production. http://metalsplace.com/board/?s=62&req=2
