The share price got there in the end mystic.
Here we come !! IMHO dyor
Holding right now!
Awesome progress re the SP
Got in at 8.05am at 56.10. Quite confident about this one.
Had shares in ITE abour 20 years or so ago which I sold back in the mists of time.
Progress re the SP. slow but sure !
Slowly slowly ticking up.
Anyone notice those two £303k trades this morning? With the sp taken down to the rights issue price of 56p it looks like ii’s are buying again. Add to that all the recent bod buys the sp looks to be a steal a current 60p.
Tick up today
250k buy
There is the rights issue price. I can see this dropping lower to around 45-48p as ftse drops. Massively over sold and a bargain. Nothing to suggest the company is doing bad and drop comes from ftse drop. Bod buying again last week. Everything reported on target. Only real negative I see is to do with Russia and they don’t expect that to impact the company until next year. All in all pretty solid company and one to pickup on the drop.
I'm surprised this is still under the radar the share placement was for buying a profitable company.which will only enhance future earnings.i an amazed this is not motoring back up above pound level buy now.
Rwc increase of 5-10% holdings shows some confidence here. Obviously why the so has been kept down. Is guess more large orders in the pipe line as lack of movement with latest buy.
this share got to be over a quid by end sept i need a new turntable for me vinyl collection.
If this had some decent volume then it would some be knocking on the three digit door.
Just seen the last 100 k being placed with II for 81.00 p so now should see steady rise.
Another top up be rude not to at these prices..Now will hold for the quid plus that should be with us by end sept.
Just goes to show what a trading update can do.
The share price is now back to the TERP price.
Later this month the acquisition of the Ascential Events business will be completed which in its self is making double the amount of profit than the rest of the company.
It does not therefore take a genius to work out the sp will not stay at this level when profits are shown to triple.
Well 2x holding rns. Blackrock and Neptune dumping the extra shares taking the sp below the 87p mark. Hard to tell if this will go any further down or if this is now the bottom allowing previous non holders to buy in cheaper than those that have had to buy rights issue shares.
Ma5k, as cuddothisnow says, and also in the rights issue rns, the terp, or theoretical ex rights price, is 87p. So, buying now is cheaper, slightly, than buying the rights.
56p is probably very unrealistic, but a lower price is possible.
Any holders who would not of wanted to invest more would be daft not to. But for those not wanting to invest more, then to be sensible they would take the rights issue then sell those extra shares they bought.
But who knows. Im an opportunist and have now set an alert for 70p. I have bought in now, but will add if a drop happens below 70p.
legobrickgirl >> "Lets see if the share price drops to 56p or lower. That being the issue price"
Isn't the rights issue 7 for 4, so the actual issue price would be 98p???
Lets see if the share price drops to 56p or lower. That being the issue price. I have this on my watch, with 120p, but with the rights issue i have now lowered. Hopefully a real bargain price may come. The bod bought quite a few shares around the 150p area so even with the issued shares they will be down still.
Almost 40% drop
Getting there - I think 180 is just around the corner
I am hoping the share will recover to the dizzy heights seen previously - 180p would be a good target for the time being.
