Can’t see there being nothing left over for share holders tbh as had no assists to sell worth wile
Lesson learned with shares
Ferdie - nothing's chanced mate we already knew everything that HL wrote, we were told of the liquidation process many months ago and more recently informed that there are subsidiaries with their assets secured against the debt. Just have to wait and see (don't hold ya breath).
I received the same today, total joke and looks like we are total fuc here , total joke as company should off informed us earlier in a RNS
Disgrace
You never know mate... one day we might get a pleasant surprise.
Just got this today from HL.
G3 Exploration Limited : Liquidation
What is happening?
On 13 October 2020, by order of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, the company was placed into official Liquidation and Alex Lawson of Alvarez and Marsal were appointed as Liquidator to the Company. As a result the company have announced that the trading of the company’s shares have been suspended effective from 15 October 2020.
Please accept my apologies in the delay in sending the confirmation to you, this does not reflect our usual high standards.
How will my Shareholding be affected?
Please note the Shares will remain in your portfolio until the conclusion of the liquidation. Should any distributions be made from the liquidation these will be credited to your SIPP on receipt.
Tek down , but what did I know eh
HFB I followed you in around 10 days ago. Looks good for a 2/3p open... provided they don't dilute further before relist. Fingers crossed mate & GL.
Just need a big straw haha
88e already have oil, the area is dripping with it , just need to find a sweet spot
it will flow big rates from
Watching 88E. Rumours that have hit oil. Currently 1.19p. Maybe just a load of old spout though!
Well done. I didn't get in yesterday in the end, but got some at 20p this morning and out again at 33p earlier. Going to follow advice on here and enter MUST now. Thanks FTH for the tip.
ne14t thank you! Managed to get in around 15p :D
I’ve seen b90 yep I’m wrong lol
I think B90 will hit 50p soon
I think B90 will have a steady year and back to 4 bye end of year
After a peak like that they usually drop down a good percentage unless your in at the start of a climb
B90 13.95p to buy now
Anybody having a dabble in B90? Tempted! Low market cap
Took some BLU - has to be about time something happens with their sotashi pay there given the interest in the space.
Fig As was announced a while ago the subsidiaries have their own debtors who have the debt secured... G3E will receive any proceeds after and onlu if there is something left over.
Were the accounts consolidated ?? Doesn't seem like it to me... sounds to me like there waas a lot of creative accounting going on on G3E's books.
Very unlikely we will get anything mate, even if the subsidaries have proceeds left over this will then be used to pay G3E's debts - then at the bottom of the sh *t kicking pile are shareholders... that is the reality!
FA we can do about it.
ARCM looking perky last week or so... Gotta wonder how far the AA deal is away from completing.. 20/30p on a decent deal ?
True if the assets are in the company listed. These are assets in a subsidiary no longer under the control of the listed entity - I think that makes a difference?
By law, any liquidation sales of assets should be RNS’ED - informing shareholders of date of sale and venue and if anyone wants to partcipitate.
Send an email to LSE REGULATOR - I have seen this with other companies in liquidation. This lot need to conform or be forced to conform by regulator.
F.
I recieved exactly the same, and no acknowledgment that my shares have now been added to JOL register.
DON’T TRUST ANY OF THEM AS IT STANDS.
I don’t think any of us have an issue only with G3E it’s just we have very little in line of contact details for any other. I can understand huge amounts of work to do with so many assets and complications but for the length of time with total radio silence is pathetic
Just out of interest, why do we have an issue with A&M here? I appreciate it’s very frustrating, but ultimately the subsidiaries are under the control of the creditors, who ultimately just want to be paid their money back. They don’t care about residual funds being left in the subsidiaries. But A&M don’t have a say over the subsidiaries at all. So they are at the mercy of the creditors, just like we are.
