If you want immediate exposure to current prices it of course makes more obvious sense to go for someone currently producing, particularly copper or silver. But the reason current prices are so relevant here is that the rises already booked and the forecasted possibility of a super cycle have completely transformed sentiment in mining investment from 12 months ago. Our chances of getting a good deal (putting grants to one side), in the open market have greatly improved because of metal prices, if we sign a good deal the SP will rise and we will have benefited from strong metal prices.
I don’t know Bobby, metals prices haven't impacted the shareprice here but they have in other mining shares and if they keep going up, will continue to.
The value of mining companies that a far from actual mining but are potential takeover targets must be impacted by the in situ value of their assets otherwise how do you come to a fair price to buy them out?
Maybe we haven't been impacted because we're going all the way and are not a target, therefore the value is a bit further down the line? Although if Bricks latest find turns out to be true and we get an rns confirming it next week then I'm sure we will fly.
Blimey things must be looking up if BB is erring on the plus side. I make it 17Mt total resource of which 14Mt is currently inferred, isn't that 82% :) I'd also say that the hydrology is extremely important, how we mitigate the River Sil is one of my biggest worries, but the work to date on it has been encouraging. Yes getting as much inferred to indicated and hopefully some measured is critical but equally water issues could potentially torpedo the project or at least impact the CAPEX and ongoing issues would raise OPEX. I don't know for sure but to get some measured wouldn't we have to get back into the high grade indicated zone which there aren't plans for at the moment. Anyway the point is this is all about a holistic approach and pulling together all the work streams, at the moment drilling is to the fore. I would also add, and honestly this isn't just to pick holes in BB's post but I really don't see what's wrong with talking about the technologies that will drive metal prices, all relevant to our fate.
Hey Bricks/Bobby & Money hope your all well. This is what I like to see good and positive feedback, this makes me feel confident again.
I do doubt myself, when I first heard about Europa I did a lot of Google searches obtaining as much info that I could understand (I am no expert in tech speak) and felt this looks like a great investment,we have had loads of ups and downs but I kept topping up when my finances and confidence allowed. With all your valuable feedback and postings I am again feeling confident EUZ is a great investment. Thank you all.
If the article is correct and we have an initial investment of $33m this will be at 50p next week.
The balance sheet will drive this SP moving forward.
Every day I look forward to a little boom, but all I seem to get is a wet fart!!!!! This is my largest holding financially in my portfolio and I have very high hopes for it.
Again I read all the posts of excitement for the last week but I do not want to get swept up in the anticipation, I did that last time when we awaited the results of the Mets which came back saying the asset was world class, I expected then along with many others that the SP would finally boom but nothing happened, in fact I think the price dropped. Let's hope this time its different. GLA
Oh also does anybody know how many more holes are going to be drilled? I thought they were done!!!
Just to add if any did any translation on the tweet from EUZ

estudio de viabillidad = Viability Study
A Viability study is an in depth investigation of the profitability of the business idea to be converted into a business enterprise!!! Big Big News here this week
@jedster not sure why you would think that. The SP isn’t actually down like you’re looking at on google that was the last trade. The SP actually stayed the same..There’s an old saying buy on anticipation sell on news..Too much to come out the next few weeks and a lot of media attention for Toral. This will build up and up. End of may (if not before) huge results due on those drill holes TOD 029 could be June who cares silver about to go any point also that important shareholder of funding and corporate development no point having a banker on board and paying him for 6 months with no return. GLTA patience = reward
Agree
So next week with all this speculation I expect the SP to hit £1.50, I would be happy to take 35p but I expect a close next Friday of 11.8p.
