The point is that ,yes the names you mentioned were already holders and some well known ones at that .
Rab were not and therefore must have liked the story enough to put 300k in and have their name on the register .
The Management must have said the right things for them to invest and as you are aware you only get the one chance with those guys .
It is very frustrating that we have been waiting as long as we have for handover etc but for me Rabs entry was a key factor .
No doubt we will find out soon if that was a smart move or not !! Gla
Every company on this planet as been affected by Covid in one form or another
SoaS - let's hope so. My only fear is uncovering the truth!

At least with a few of us emailing Tim should show that pressure is mounting on them to come clean
SoaS - this is what I have asked Tim to follow up on as well. Previous RNSs announcing the missed dates for transition over to ILTL have included reasons for the failure and likely future timing. This last one provided neither excuse nor revised timing, which, to my mind, is almost irresponsible as it rewinds all the alleged progress since they executed on their strategic goals in the summer....
Not that my protestation is likely to have an effect. And couple that with the fact that if is does, the resulting update may not contain news that any of us wants to hear...
Time, as they say, will tell...
aerial - but where are the TR1s for a number of our major shareholders?
I suspect they have their holdings in nominee accounts such as Intertrader, Spreadex and Barclays
That tells its own story in my view - those shares will probably be getting traded in the background
I firmly believe IIs in AIM shares don't punt money or carry over exposed risk - they happily trade on the peaks and troughs. How many times has this share seen a peak post placing...?
As far as handover delay goes, the recent RNS was very sparse in its content and, agreeing with SoS, it didn't specifically say why. We can read whatever we want into that.
My concern is it is costing us money every single day this doesn't happen.
I don't think the last operational update on the hand over ( Wed, 3rd Mar 2021 07:00; RNS Number : 9284Q) gave us a reason why the handover didn't happen in February, but correct me if I'm wrong aerial.
I'm pushing to find out what the reason was behind the handover being delayed, so yes I'm pushing for the truth. You really should read what's on the page and not what you think or want to read into what is on the page aerial.
You do make me chuckle with all these school boy errors.

A good point, and not only RAB! Our Broker Brandon Hill Capital Ltd’s Executives Neal Griffith and Oliver Stansfield are Major Shareholder, and Pitchcroft Capital Limited and its Executives, namely Alexander Fullard, William Orgee and David Thomas, AND the individual John Story to name a few.

I’m not surprised you’re ‘focused’ elsewhere!
So you are focused on pushing for the truth from Edenville. I’m not sure that’s a good choice of words, of course unless you think Edenville are lying?
Id like to know what Rab Capital were told to make them want to part with 300k , cant imagine its there is a delay on our mine but dont worry ,or its raining so cant cover any coal orders or covid has wiped out this year lets wait for next
You crack on aerial, no need to keep insinuating you are going to do something. It's your choice to show people what aerial is all about. Have fun, I'm focusing on pushing for the truth from Edenville
Covid was around the same as now when they raised funds on a February hand over, just saying

No not old and in its entirety, JUST 8 days ago. ...
Very clearly all about your inaccurate misleading post!
If you want to trawl through previous posts that's your decision, you don't need me to give you permission or vindicate you, but it will show people more about you than it will me.
Posting a whole load of out dated, out of context posts isn't going to help the hand over of the mine.
We need to know the reason(s) why the delay continues. My own opinion is that Edenville are worried about the impact on the share price if they publicly state the mine is shutting for weeks, but if it is shutting we need to know.

A few? The data here is becoming a joke!
Aerial, Just cleaned my specs, you are correct. I'm getting a few delays on my screen,

I can’t see any sells over £16 yesterday?. ... There was a £12.7k at close on Friday, is that the one you mean?.

No Tim doesn’t reply to Sausage anymore, so Sausage told us. When Tim used to reply Sausage he liked to keep Tims replies secret, as he said it’s his business. You couldn’t make it up :))
I’ve never had a problem getting replies from Tim, although I haven’t e-mailed since around 2016. Tim was never forthcoming per se, so have never bothered in recent yours, especially as I have a hotline to the previous CEO ;)) (still do). ...
But point was made and follow up assured.
Back to work. Nothing to see here....

Response clarified and intrigue now flattened....
I gather not to SoS

Pray tell?. ...
Cryptic response from Tim. Now I am even more intrigued...
On a positive note, the sun is out... and the bins have been collected early.
Thought you would all like to know that.

You don’t need validation to be here, but some of your inaccurate and clearly misleading posts do!
I’m happy to post some examples. ...
Thanks aerial for your concerns but I'm over 18, I get to use the filter when I want. You focus on your world and I'll focus on mine, I don't need validation by others to be on here.
With UAE and Tanzania both on the UK red list, which means they both have unacceptably high levels of covid 19 within them, I just can't see people travelling between them. Imagine what will happen here when Edenville eventually are brave enough to actually tell us why this is delayed. Their last RNS failed to say why this is delayed beyond 6 months. Imagine if it is covid 19, and the mine is shut down again for weeks?
The Tanzania election was October 2020, so please Edenville don't tell us the delay is related to the election.
It is time now for the truth as to why the delay is over 6 months. Another email into Tim, your choice if you want to push for the truth or just sit here waiting.
