I have no idea why this person needs to post their dross outside of the LSE forums.
If they have an issue with Phimx then they should be childish here.

Thank You for Your Attention to This Matter.
As some of you may be aware the QBT thread has recently been infested with some random who is a crusader for investor rights and will brook no argument from people who resort to insults because this makes them some lower form of life.
As such they would not wish to publish the following to this forum...
"You're no "skeptic", phimx, you're a malicious, basement bound petulant child. Always goalpost-moving, sarcasm as a shield for your fragile ego."
Which is quite a good description of themselves but we are not allowed to be like them and in order to avoid the destruction of their illusion of themselves they have to vent their frustration on another forum.
PART 3 OF 3
Host: Of course as you mentioned, you're in Dallas at the Mining Disrupt conference, Francesco. How close are you to commercial deployments following the conversations you're having there?
Gardin: Errr, with this version of Oracle C, ahh, it takes us, ahh, from the time we receive a machine to when the Oracle will be implemented on that particular version, usually CGMiner, they have all different flavours of CGMiner, is between 4 and 6 weeks. And that's when we believe that we'll be in a position to say, ok, now you, we, we take back the machine to them in their lab and we say ok now test the performance, errr, of your machine with and without our Oracle, and that's the, ah, a key decision moment for these companies who are all struggling to catch up with the main, with the main, with the monopolist of the market which is Bitmain, and so any chance they have to catch up with this, errr, time-lag, errr, which is, errr, 1 to 2 years, is for them, um ahhh, vital.
Host: Francesco, sounds like an exciting period for the company. I hope you continue keep us updated with your progress.
Gardin: Indeed. Thank you so much, Stephen.
Host: Francesco Gardin, the CEO of Quantum Blockchain Technologies.
PART 2 OF 3
Host: You've also reported a 10% improvement in mining efficiency in lab tests; what does that mean in real-world terms for bitcoin miners and potential partners?
Gardin: Yup, that means that, errr *clears throat* , we modify the CGMiner or ESPMiner or, I mean the operating system of the mining rigs and ahhh *clears throat* we, ahhh, basically improve what we call the "quality hashing". I mean everybody's talking about "hashing speed, hashing speed". Fine, this is very important. But, ahh, there is also, er, a more *laughs* detail [sic] and sophisticated way to analyse the performance of the miner, which is "quality hashes". How good, how many good hashes which are above a certain level of difficulty we can generate. And that's exactly what we do. So by installing this, the energy required is the same, ahhh, because it's something which goes on at the level of the control board, ahh, but the number of "quality hashes", err, meaning, with difficulty above 10, which is the usual difficulty set by, by pools, ahhh, is, is higher. So, same amount of energy, same machine, different operating system with our Oracle, more, ah, "quality hashes" generated. It's a very simple, err, I mean I describe it as simple now, it's been 10 months of hell, err, because, err, we have generated *cough* incredible amounts of data, so far, so much so that, uh, our peta-hash machine had to be, err, err, repaired because it were working too much 24-7. But now we, we have this, and, err, we have ahhh, ahhh, ummmmm, f-f-f-finally, I mean we had to hire a specialist in, on, for this. We are now in control of one of the old, errr, errr, bitcoin, *cough* Bitmain miners, errr, and so we are implented it [sic], errr, err, on this machine, which is not of course, errr, is an S9, so is not a competitive machine nowdays, but err, it's very *swallows*, I mean, it's very *clears throat* good to prove, errr, the, errr *clears throat* the, errr, quality of our Oracle, *coughs* to our clients, and now all the ASIC manufacturers, errr, in the US that we're talking to, errr, our precondition to, errr, ummm, *cough* start the, the real test, uh, errr, which are the, errr, *coughs*, are essential to enter into commercial agreement [sic] is give us a machine, your machine, with this, with the open software, or the operating system, we will modify and will show you how better is the machine with, uhhh, our Oracle, and so far none of them, ahhh, has said no because they understand that we are not prepared to share the information on our Oracle, which is, I mean, errr, years of, of work altogether, and, uhh, that's, ahhh, what we're doing right now, and, which is why we're here in, in Dallas talking directly to these miners, I've been meetings [sic] with these miners to convince them, and they have no problem to send out their machine as soon as possible, we modify, and show the better performance.

PART 1 OF 3
Host: Hello, you're watching Proactive. I'm joined by Quantum Blockchain Technologies CEO Francesco Gardin. Francesco, very good to speak with you. This new software-only version of Method C marks a big step forward for QBT. How does it change your commercial roadmap compared with the original hardware version?
Gardin: Ahh, good afternoon, Stephen. Ahhh, yes, errr, definitely, ermm, it was ahh really hard work, ahh, to try to derive a version of the method that, which would not depend on an [sic] hardware implementation. We knew that providing less information to the engine creating the Oracle will lead to, ahh, ummm, results which, ahhh, wouldn't be as good as the, ahh, hardware version. However, this would, this puts us in a situation, errr, in a position where we can actually implement it on the operating system of the miners, ahh, which means that instead of the usual 18-month cycle from the decision of having the method implemented on the ASIC by an ASIC manufacturers [sic], ahhh, to when the actual ASIC is out and is installed on the m-miners, err, err, and the mining rigs, errr, we can, err, actually modify the operating system and, errr, add it to the operating system, errr, which means that the time to market, err, err, is err, err, months *cough* rather than a year and a half. Err, and in fact we're going down this path very, very quickly.

Recent Large Trades over 1 Million. Part 2
On the 23rd of January 2025 there was a PRN @ 7am about the Placing of 173,913,044 shares @ 1.15p. Note FG did not attach any Warrants to the Placing shares. (I don’t think anyone commented about this)
Our share price closed on the 16th January 2025 at £0.0065p - £0.008p and on the 17th January 2025 we had our PRN about Bitcoin Mining – Method C Update and our share price began to rise and on the day it closed @ 1.6p – 1.65p for a rise of about 124%
It is only natural that on the day of the announcement of the Placing there would be some shareholders who would Bank some profits and some who may top-slice (I did not do either)

Recent Large Trades over 1 Million. Part 1

What is OTC in share dealing?
Over-the-Counter (OTC) trading refers to the process of trading financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, and derivatives, directly between two parties without the supervision of a centralized exchange like the New York Stock Exchange. Instead, these trades are conducted via a broker-dealer network1.
Here are some key points about OTC trading:
• Flexibility: OTC trading allows for customized agreements tailored to the specific needs of the parties involved.
• Accessibility: It provides an opportunity for smaller companies that do not meet the listing requirements of formal exchanges to raise capital.
• Risks: OTC markets are less regulated, which can lead to higher risks, such as counterparty default and less transparency.
• Types of Securities: Stocks, bonds, derivatives, and even foreign currencies can be traded OTC.
• Specifically in the UK if a trade is OTC would that involve an American trader?
• Yes, it's possible for an American trader to be involved in OTC trading in the UK. OTC trading is a global and decentralized market, meaning participants can be located anywhere in the world1. So, an American trader could engage in OTC transactions with a UK-based counterparty, or vice versa.

6 Million Trade @ 9:01am
I note that there has been no comment on this 6 Million Trade @ 9:01am @ 1.1p £66,000
They “said” it was “Uknown” and the spread around that time fluctuated from 1.05p – 1.1p to 1p -1.1p & also 1p – 1.05p
The Trade on LSE South East is designated as “Ordinary was reported as OTC”
The Trade on London Stock Exchange main website is reported as XOFF.
I have checked all QBT trades from 13th January which covers the PRN’s
AI Oracle Patent Application
Bitcoin Mining Method C Update
Placing
Rollover of REPO
And all the trades about 8,457 (as at 12:40) were all designated as AIMX.
Conclusion: You decide yourself if an American is invested or a Market Maker is just tidying up their books before an investigation.

Sipiem
This saga goes on and on but is it about to conclude?
There is a Court hearing on Thursday 6th February 2025 @ 10:20AM
The last RNS on this saga was on 18th June 2024.
“The Court of Appeal rejected all of the Sipiem defendants’ appeals with the exception of a minor claim. As a result, all damages awarded to CL17 as announced on 1 November 2022 were upheld by the Court, with the sole exception being the reduction of liability for one of the former directors by an amount of €105,412, reducing the total damage award to c.€6.1m, (the ”Judgment”).
“The Court confirmed the liability of the former directors and statutory auditors of Sipiem and also extended the finding of liability to the members of the internal audit committee, former directors and the main defendant’s family members whom the Court had, at a preliminary holding in the appeal, suspended enforcement of the lower court’s Judgment pending the appeal’s outcome. Finally, the Court accepted a withdrawal of an appeal by from one of the former Sipiem directors against her insurer.
“As a result, the Company may now seek to fully enforce the Judgment against all of the defendants for an aggregate amount of €6,083,562 in damages (plus interest and adjustments for inflation to accrue from different dates until the date of satisfaction of the Judgment), plus €85,499 in legal expenses for the trial court action and €48,677 in legal expenses for the appeal (such latter expense to be satisfied by one of the defendants’ insurers). Other legal expenses were reciprocally compensated and €5,000 were assessed against all parties.”
Will Dr. Silvia Ferrari – President, Dr. Nicola Del Vecchio – Dr. Judge & Sofia Gancitano - Reporting Judge issue the final judgement and enforce our claim for €6,083,562 along with legal expenses, plus interest and adjustments for inflation?
FG has pursued this case for many years, and it looks like it is finally drawing to a close in our favour.

AIM Rule 26
With our recent placing (23rd January 2025) our major shareholders have been updated.
Vidacos Nominees Ltd dropped off as they are now 2.71%
Bank of New York (Nominees Ltd) back on with 9% looks like they partake in every placing. We had a placing in October 2023 and they were on our major shareholders list on 3rd November 2023.
Pershing Nominees Ltd disclosed as 3.2% but they are really Bank of New York. Question, are they connected to Peel?

PS My comment: On this X Tweet it says “Transfer of wealth from the weak hands to the strong hands.” Now when FG informs the BTC Industry what his R&D Team have achieved then the weak of the past few weeks will question why they did not hold.

I’ve been lth for a few years and was fortunate to have made money in clp but now fully stocked up in qbt .
I remember just before clp took off we had numerous trolls just like now ****ging off FG but he silently worked wonders but now he’s changed course into an area he knows best and looks like it’s about to happen all over again.
The 6 million buy recently plus the many other buys today shows the mm’s and many trolls are working overtime to keep this share suppressed for whatever reason but sooner or later the pressure will burst the dam and for the ones that hold their nerves will be paid handsomely .
FG and his team have worked wonders for us and are about to deliver so i for one will not let the outside noise change my thoughts.
Not long to go and all the best.
