Don't rely on the "Bounceability" as the dead cats don't bounce much when they are thrown out of the tall building window.
NOFEAR
Brilliant, thank you.

Thanks for your comment. I truly understand your position and I like you I'm currently in the red by -£15k with Cines.
But I had worse scenarios than Cines and recovered by averaging my entry price. Ofcourse is always helpful to have
spare cash for investing held back for this low price entries like today. Cineworld is renowed for its rollecoaster rides. Bounceability is its best part of holding this share. Don't be fearful and like you said the bod will not let covid-19 destroy
their long held family fortunes. Take it easy and take breaks from this forum when you can. GLA,DYOR.NoFear
Thanks for that NoFear, I'm new to investing - only three months "experience" - currently down around £17k but am, perhaps naively, holding. I figure.....generally, no business owner wants their business to go down the toilet, Cineworld are a major player with lots of invested support, people like cinema, COVID will be gone at some point - some other details but roughly that. All the best.
@PO54CAT good luck with your long holding in Cineworld.
No worries. As you can see that indeptwins and investoid are only good at throwing figures around and
nobody here wants to see the same back to front posts on the same figures. We know already and thank You. NoFear
Ah, sorry :-) Thanks NoFear
@NOFEAR I'm still quaking in my boots. My shorts are off and my nethers are exposed. I'm in complet and utter fear. Someone lend me a loin cloth.
Act dumb to get ahead. Smart people are too intimidating. The more dumb you appear to society, the less of a threat you are to others.
@schjmh
I'm so happy that I have you near me to keep me right.
You're spot on £25Millions. I did that post purposely to get the attention of indepthwins and investroid but got nothing
back from them. Now I know who really knows about figures and fundamentals. NoFear

@NOFEAR, you need to redo your figures, 100 million shares @25p which give 25 million!
Check your arithmetic
IF Cineworld issued shares for sale to the major shareholders to the equivalent of what the shorters have bet against Cineworld, the bod could easely raise £2.5billions of fresh cash
100 million x 25p = two billion five hundred million
AMC Entertainment to sell up to 15 mln shares to raise funds.
