2-3 million to cover salaries, promotions, advertisements, workings for next 3-6 months. Then cash rich from income generated with business.

Astounding. When you’ve just seen Dragon dock on the IIS... then you get reminded what most of humanity is up to...
Raise 14m without discount and the company is still worth 14m... ello?
Not strictly true as the value of the business would increase on the basis of its cash reserves. I genuinely don’t believe that the share price would tank simply because they attracted funding.
The share price might tank if it’s at a mental discount but based on the circumstances of ownership and incentives structure of the board I believe it will be fair and reasonable.
That assumes they need anything at all the chancers!!
Who knows
Mmm 14mill dont think they need thst much!
5 or 6 at most
My calculations are based on issuing another 245m shares with no discount
Just remember, funding equals dilution, so with today's market cap at 14m and if bids were to raise 14m, then today's share price would only be worth 3p at today's price and the chances of seeing 36p again will be very bleak, i know they will be going for less, but i am using the 14m easier to work out and it doesn't matter how much you dress funding up, it always leads to dilution for all current Investors and that is why i am and many others are not buying in until after the placing, this is why JD messed up when the share the share price was at 9p recently, that's when the placing should have happened and then less dilution to current Investors. Just to be clear , if bids were to get funding for 14m, that would give a 6p share price a mcap of 28m . The longer the wait, the more chance of the share price going lower and just to add, a lot of these people taking part in funding are hoping to flip for a quick profit, j
Maybe not this week, but over the next 4 weeks we will hear that they have secured funding with a Private / Institutional Investor, the size and terms of this deal I am still undecided what I think that will be.
Who thinks a funding rns this week?
